As a long time Saks customer in Columbus and NYC, I will not be doing business with Saks for Christmas 2025 and in the future. I am shopping at Neiman Marcus going forward. They will give you an answer to make you believe a dress is being made, or better yet, currently being shipped. You have to ask for clear information that you should be privy to as a customer, and that should include a tracking number WITHOUT having to ask for one. Also, they should also inform customers whether the dress is made in the U.S or overseas. I'm a business owner as well. I've shipped overseas & that takes 7 days minimum before a tracking number from USPS or UPS to see the tracking number being in route to destination. 0/10.
