I have been enjoying the bud but not all of the budtenders. Today was the last straw for me. He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. They were so sweet about the delivery too. It was a typical Ohio spring - warm one day cold the next and they wanted to be sure someone was home, so the flowers weren't hurt by the cold. It's not a big box store, so prices and selection are not going to be the same as one of those places. But it's bigger than it looks, and they have quite a good selection of all sorts of things. Plus some unusual things you didn't think you would need for home repairs. And prices are reasonable, maybe slightly higher than rock-bottom but not awful. It's one of those old-school hardware stores where they can answer questions and help with a project. Service has always been very good and very friendly.
