After weeks of looking and waiting I finally found my sofa and also a few other items, one of them an end table. The delivery service recommended by the store had a slip and fall on the ice while carrying in an end table. It was severely damaged, thankful he was ok, I felt I would just have it refinished later. It seems it was not even real wood; it was pressed board. I went into the store and was offered to buy another one.....was given email addresses to write to, no reply. I have always loved their furniture, sofa's the best, watch though the wood products you buy, as they may not really be wood underneath the finish, I now have a banged-up end table with no way to repair it as it is not wood. pretty cool place, tons of stuff...and a great representation of what a furniture outlet should look like. most of the stuff is huge (tables, desks, mirrors) and of course the couches and chairs, but a great mix of things...I mention so that you can bring measurements for things you may want. Not the place for lamps; somehow I thought they would have at least some, but, nah, maybe a dozen. The store is HUGE, and filled with furniture, but that's not what I needed. Prices seemed high anyway. Easy access from the highway. Big parking lot. Didn't seem busy when I went in, and never has when I've driven past, so not sure how they afford the rent here. read more

The associate who assisted me, Danielle was exceptional. I found the perfect sofa and an incredible price compared to retail. Their furnishings are just in a different class compared to anywhere else I have shopped. My sofa is the most comfortable and well built sofa I have ever owned. Not easy to get to but worth the trip!!! Similar to the Cleveland location but bigger and stocked with more couches, chairs and bedroom furniture. It has fewer accessories, light fixtures, consoles and large wall units. The service is very good. Ruth was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about Arhaus furniture which I appreciated. The prices are spectacular. There are good deals waiting to be had. I wish I could of bought more. Note, they do not deliver. Once you purchase your goods you have 14-days to take it home. I highly recommend this store for furnishing your living room, dining or bedrooms. read more

I was just not a fan of the overall experience here. I thought the furniture was way overpriced for a "loft" store and the pieces just were not to my personal taste. I do think they have a lot of diversity in the selection and if you need a sitting chair, they have tons of them. Pottery Barn outlet...here I come. read more

MASSIVE show room. They specialize in chairs here - hHahahah. So many. My LORD. the ottomons are usually ruined as well as the rugs- but the couches can be LITERALLY perfect. I recently went into Arhaus in Hilliard excited to shop for my new home. The store had just what I needed to start my kitchen remodel. I went in on Saturday and took some measurements with much excitement. I go back on Sunday only to be told the items were not for sale. The items were CLEARLY marked with price tags yet they were not for sale. This is not how you treat a customer. I have been a regular shopper of this brand for sometime. As a designer I refer lots of clients here. After this experience and their rude customer service I will most likely NOT return. read more

This furniture store is a diamond in the rough !! Beautiful Arhaus furniture, for a fraction of the price. The sales ppl are very helpful and what they do not know right off the top of their heads, they will look the information up for you and print it out !! I have bought several pieces from this location, and I love the quality of all of them. Arhaus furniture has been in business for over 30 years !! I especially appreciate the knowledgeable manager, Scott. If we had any questions about the structure of the furniture or the wearability of the fabrics, he was on top Of it !! My husband and I walked in tonite toward the end of today, looking specifically for something, which we found but did not buy. Why you ask? Because we were greeted within seconds by a guy saying hello, wanted to make sure you know we close promptly at 5pm. Ok... we said, that's quite a greeting. We notice there were two other groups of people... a large family by a seating group, and a woman, man and an older teen together by the chairs. We walked further in (well aware of closing time) when a second guy approached us while we were looking at the item we found and wanted to purchase when he said, hey, wanted to make sure you know we are closing pretty soon" ... yeah yeah we got it. We were still with the shelving unit and we MEASURING when (you guessed it) and third person approached and said "So do you want this cuz we ..." to which we jumped in and said, we got it, you're closing, we know. So we left cuz you know, we can't let a little thing like business get in the way of locking up and getting the heck outta there! read more

Terrible customer service with the worst business ethic I've ever seen. I purchased a sectional they rang me up for the wrong sectional. I sold the furniture in my home and went to pick up what I purchased the next day. when I got to the store they said it's actually $972 more. If you dont pay it we will refund your money but no you cant have the furniture for our screw up. I had no choice but to pay what they were asking or go home with no furniture. I have furnished my entire house from this store. Their sales staff is always friendly and helpful. You do have to wait on occasion for assistance as they have a lot of traffic. This is an outlet store so you have to look over the items as some have damage that is very noticeable and other items you really have to look to find any imperfections (if there are any). If you go in expecting it to be like going to the store, you will have some disappointment. But if you know in general what you are looking for and have patience (they always get in shipments) you can have quality furniture at a great price. read more
