I had shopped around at multiple area stores, but PRIME had the absolute best price and customer service. The entire furniture selection and order process exceeded my expectations because of the superior customer care provided by ANDY. The furniture was ordered on 5/22/25 and was delivered a week later....very fast turnaround time. The furniture was expertly packaged with lots of protection. It arrived without a scratch or flaw. The white glove delivery/set up service is the only way to go. It was fast and efficient thanks to the pros. All too often, customers only complain when something doesn't go right. I'm a firm believer in taking time to recognize individuals when they do an excellent job. We can all use more positive reinforcement and kind words these days. This is always the first place I look when I need something home decor related. The prices are not really true discount, but they have frequent sales and often mark merchandise down on clearance.
