Refrigerator Repair**** This company is in the midst of joining another company. Communication was…read moresimple enough as they have a call service. The customer service rep selected the wrong date. Easy fix as the owner still fit me in on the date I requested just a different time. Two techs came to my home. They took precautions to not damage any items in my home. Gave my wife and I a few options since our compressor was still under warranty. Parts ordered. Communicated with me. Time for repair and they showed up on time. Compressor was replaced. Fridge started cooling Woke up next day and the freezer wasn't working. I sent a text. Owner responded quickly and scheduled a follow up. They came out again. About an hour later and my freezer seems to be cooling down. They didn't even ask about a return service call payment. Currently it seems to be working. There were scheduling issues that were resolved. Initial repair didn't do the job but they were very friendly and seemed to want to resolve it quickly. I will probably use them again if needed but not sure I would recommend until after the merger is complete. Since this review was written the freezer didn't properly cool. I contacted the owner. They came out quickly. After talking with him I realized he is a very respectful man. He had no intentions of ripping me off. He genuinely felt bad that the unit wasn't working properly. This was just an unusual diagnosis. Everything checks out as working. LG has an app to get service codes. That checked out. They made a total of 4 trips to my home. He offered my money back. I asked for half as he did have a lot of time invested. Wrote me a check. I'm very happy with the customer service. I'm not thrilled my fridge was part of a class action lawsuit. Even though customer service was impeccable I am keeping my 3 star review. I still think the tech should have checked the main motherboard

Liberty Appliance Service is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend them to service your…read moreappliances. I called them to repair my dryer because it stopped working. The belt had broken on the drum where it wouldn't turn. Jamie was the technician who came out to fix it and he replaced the broken belt, the rollers, and the pulley system. I then sprung on him while he was here that my washer was acting up and he did a quick look at it and ran a quick diagnostic on it because he had other service calls after me and couldn't dive deeper into it. He got the office to call me to set up an appointment for later in the week so he could have time to dive deeper to find out what was going on with it. It turned out I needed to have the main board replaced and they ordered that. He came back and replaced the board and ran tests to make sure the board and washer functioned properly. So, I will test it out on my next wash day but I feel confident that it will be working properly the next time I wash. Jamie was very knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing and fixing both my washer and dryer and he was very nice. The office is very nice, too. They kept me up to date on everything and always called me when Jamie was on his way. Definitely 5 stars!!

A tech named…read moreJamie came out and found the problem and pointed out the unsatisfactory installation done by whoever did installs for Big Sandy Stupid Store ( they suck) three or so years ago. Took a few days to get a new part (weekend). As soon as the part arrived, Jamie came out and installed and tested it. Very courteous and PROFESSIONAL. Cost was a little south of $500 which I thought was reasonable.

After finding out it was bad they setup an appointment to drop off a new refrigerator. Works perfectly. Thank you so much. My family and I are so grateful! Old review: I did Acima buy now pay later option. We brought our appliances home, first refrigerator was bad so we drove it back to them a few days later. Second refrigerator was bad so we called and expected for them to think "well this is the second refrigerator maybe I should go myself to fix". No, the owner, the older man got on the phone and spoke to us like we were crap. My husband stayed calm. The old man yelled and yelled "maybe it's your house!! We are not going, you bring it back!!" And he hung up on us. What kind of customer service is that!? It's been two weeks. We haven't called back. We called Acima but now no one at the appliance store is answering Acima's calls. They don't want to fix it or they don't want us to return the item. So my family and I are living out of one cooler waiting for them to answer Acima so they can make right what they wronged. The younger guy is respectful but the older man is just rude and disrespectful. He speaks to his customers HORRIBLY. We would like to just get the refrigerator fixed or a third one or just cancel the entire order. We literally bought $3,000 worth of appliances and this is how they treat us. That's horrible business and so heartless of them to not care that they do things like this to families. It's just very disappointing. Maybe by the grace of God he'll feel bad because we just literally want a working refrigerator. That's it. We live 1 mile from their store.
