I checked their website to verify they were open today which is Sunday. It verified they were open at 11 AM. Here I am at 1 PM after driving for 35 minutes only to find out they're closed. Unbelievable. Just a "closed" sign over the "open Sunday" hours sign. At least use Google and update your hours. Thanks for the response. I am very impressed by not only the selection and quality of products at Trove, but also the high level of customer service received. A true indicator of exceptional customer service is when things don't go as planned. By total accident a sideboard I purchased was damaged before it could be delivered to my home. I was promptly contacted by the GM, Tony Fasolino, who then took all the necessary steps to have the damage expertly repaired and then delivered to me in the same condition as when I first fell in love with the piece in the store. Tony's honest and thorough communication gave me full confidence that Trove makes customer satisfaction a priority. The staff is very helpful and polite and was definitely ready to help with anything you needed. Make sure you have lots of time when you go if you want to see everything in this place. Their pieces are unique and quite large. I saw several items I liked but the prices were just too high for my budget, even in the warehouse section. The store was uncomfortably hot as well for those that need air conditioning ( I'm not sure if they have air or not but it didn't feel like it the day I visited). Trove is a wonderful family owned store. I am so happy I stopped in after wondering for awhile what was this place, as I would pass frequently on Kenny Rd. Pricing is affordable and a good mix of styles. I now stop by often to see what new items they put out. I thoroughly enjoyed walking through Trove and seeing all the furniture and accessories I wanted to buy. This place definitely can provide one with ideas and inspiration. We were approached immediately and had a very nice conversation about the store. This is definitely a place where you will need a large vehicle to haul furniture and/or accessories, so plan accordingly. It was difficult to get out of there without buying something, because everything is so nice and is of good quality. Their products also seem to fit with many different types of decor. I've wanted to visit Trove for so long!!!!! I live four hours away in a different state but drove over for their annual warehouse sale. So I was expecting some amazing deals. Wow, what a huge disappointment!!! This place is extremely overpriced!!!! There wasn't much in the warehouse. So that was a waste of time. Are there beautiful items, definitely so. I've been here several times while visiting Columbus, and each time it's been so charming! Ambiance / selection: Great, varied items! It'll take you a while if you want to truly see what all they've got, many unique furniture and decor. The outside is a bit weird, but they call themselves a warehouse and yeah, it definitely looks like it from the outside. Inside is quite cozy and cute though. Price point: As with most specialty stores, the prices are on the higher end, but they are also not readily available elsewhere. If you really love a piece, I'd go ahead and splurge. There was a super cute fox vase that I had to purchase because it was darling and I had never seen anything like it... Price was around $80 if I remember correctly, but I don't regret it to this day and it's sitting on my mantle getting steady compliments. Customer service: This is why I docked a star. The first time I went, it was lack luster to say the least. We were pretty much ignored the whole time we were there. Second time around folks were much more friendly. Maybe new staff or management? Not sure but the first experience still left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall this decor/furniture store is a winner and if you're in town, you should definitely check it out, but come with at least an hour or two to see everything! read more

Just found this place today. My home is glad I did but my wallet is sort of unhappy. Though they do have very reasonable prices, there is a lot I wanted to buy. Trove has a unique business model that allows them to offer good pricing but there are some tradeoffs to that: no returns, you can't guarantee something you saw one day will be there the next, and they are only open three days a week. That said, it's a wonderful place to browse and it offers a ton of decor inspiration. The style is sort of transitional with a hint of Fixer Upper. They have an in-home design service that I found a little too late to use. But judging from the way the warehouse is merchandised, I'm guessing they would do a good job. read more

My husband and I have purchased several items from Trove over the past few years and have been very happy with the products purchased. Earlier this year, however, we purchased a rug from them that appears to be defective. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service we received. They listened to our concerns, researched solutions and ultimately provided a solution for us that was more than generous in its flexibility to meet our needs. Was immediately told after walking in that I didn't have to wear a mask. I said okay -- and then I was told twice more that I didn't have to wear a mask. No one else in the store (including children who clearly were under 12 and couldn't have been vaccinated) were wearing masks. Clearly, the employees didn't want me to wear one. We've bought several pieces here and are pleased with each one. They change out their floor on a regular basis; so go in often to see what new stuff they have. Prices are very reasonable. Horrible customer service. The associate misquoted the price of a custom sofa by almost DOUBLE. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that "good furniture costs more." The implication was that I am unfamiliar with the cost of "good furniture"- incorrect. They made zero effort to right their wrong, customer service here is horrible. I ended up purchasing a sofa at Darrons Contemporary Furniture. I spent a little more than Trove's double their quote price, because price wasn't the issue; Trove's poor customer service, lack of accountability and condescending treatment of customers are the reasons I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Yikes. Visited twice to purchase sofas. They were to contact me when fabric sample book becameavailable. Okay - it was their early days and I got lost in the shuffle. Bought new home this spring and stopped in again for new sofas. While I have purchased beautiful things from Trove in the past, a recent custom order I placed with Trove has completely turned me off from shopping there in the future. I placed the order on 7/24 and was told I would have it in 6 weeks. I was told it would ship 8/24 and when I reached out 8/27 for confirmation they said the shipment slid to be 9/9-ish or shipping 7 weeks after my order, arriving 8 weeks after my order. When I reached out to explain my disappointment in the situation their team was not helpful and frankly seemed very put off by the fact that I was reaching out at all. I worked with someone via email and then called to speak to a manager and received more of the same "it is what it is" attitude. No offer to discount my order or deliver it to my home for free to make up for the inconvenience and the poor customer service. I wasn't buying a pillow, it was an expensive custom piece of artwork. Not pleased at all and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Still have yet to receive my order...Would not recommend. read more

Ordered a custom piece from the store. Upon delivery, noticed that it was the wrong color and called to tell them. I simply stated that I had received the wrong couch. Before I could say why it was, the associate immediately said, "Nope, it's the right one." After asking to continue, I told the associate it was the wrong color. When I had called in to order, I asked that it be modeled after one on the floor, specifically saying "the blue couch." They ordered a charcoal couch. They claim that the floor model was, in fact, charcoal. The owner came out to view the piece, and was INCONCEIVABLY rude, accused me of being color blind, called me ridiculous, and eventually told the associate that tagged along that they were just leaving before coming to any resolution. The associate eventually offered up taking the piece back, for a restocking fee of 25%. So in order to get the right couch, I will have to pay them an extra 4-500 dollars? Simply put, I will never shop here again after the abysmal customer service. read more

Love Trove! We have found numerous items for our home here. Unique items that are well-made. They do have a no-return policy, but usually can allow you to take an item home before purchasing to make sure it looks right in the space. We found an awesome coffee table there, two sets of couch pillows as well as several adorable home items like bookends and vases. read more

I enjoy this store BECAUSE of the customer service. The furniture seems high quality, with a range of fair pricing - maybe the best in Columbus for what I was shopping for (a couch - I shopped all over) - and the staff is knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and helpful. I think my experience was MUCH different than the experience a couple of the other reviewers here had. In fact, I was inspired to write this review because I'm a raving fan of Trove Warehouse and they deserve an honest and positive review. Keep up the good work Trove Warehouse!
