First to review, opening weekend, and my 50th bday. This place is amazing. I am so glad Columbus got a physical Wayfair store.
A couple helpful hints to start:
1) Parking was packed. If the main lot is full, park across the street at the Polaris Fashion Place/Mall (Dave &. Busters/Dick's Sporting Goods area) and walk over.
2) The checkout lines were long, but I discovered a helpful trick. If you find an employee with a tablet, they can ring you up right there, print a receipt, and provide a bag. It saved a ton of time.
Wayfair has everything from lighting, candles, indoor and outdoor furniture to dining room, bedroom, and bath. The store spans two floors and you could easily spend hours exploring. I found so many things I wanted, but was proud of myself for leaving with a cute trendy lamp.
It looks like it will be a great place for furniture as well, with lots of options for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, rugs, and home decor. The store is hughe, and the prices seemed reasonable.
Service was great. The staff greeted, said hello, and loved my checkout experience.
I will definitely be back but will probably ot this opening weekend. If you are in the area, it is absolutely worth checking out. read more
