Bella Casa is run by a woman named Donna Rosenthal. She has limited training in interior design,…read moreand never took a qualification examination. She is not a full member of ASID, only an "allied member". I hired Bella Casa on two occasions. The first time, they took over for a project that was already started. It was easy, as structural details were already in place. All Donna had to do was choose some light fixtures, choose special paints for two walls, select two chairs and two bar stools, and choose window treatments. The place looked OK, but price tag was enormous for this amount of work. I hired her for a second project whihc involved gut rehabbing of kitchen, two baths, entertainment area, and home office. However, this project was clearly a mismatch for her skills. Her lack of knowledge regarding structure, architecture, and scale quickly became obvious. I would NOT hire this firm for anything other than choosing paint colors and window treatments. If structural questions arise, Donna defaults to her husband Keith who has absolutely NO design credentials whatsoever. RUN FOR THE HILLS AND FIND MORE EXPERIENCED TEAM TO DO YOUR IMPORTANT DESIGN WORK. You deserve it, especially at this price.
