Invoices were very disorderly and unprofessional. When asked for complete record Mary insisted that everything was already provided, and it took her 6 months to come up with handwritten calculations where the copy she provided me did not match hers. I had requested an excel, but I was provided several excuses as to why that was not possible. Mary does not respond positively to constructive criticism and points the errors back at you. I did not shop around much, but I guess for the same price there might be interior designers with better service.
