The floors are a high-quality engineered floor that are guaranteed to be able to be refinished at least twice. I indicated on the request that the floors are engineered. Despite this, the owner showed up to my house to tell me that engineered floors cannot be refinished. Rather than truthfully telling me that it's not a service he offers, he instead adamantly told me they could not be refinished and proceeded to try to sell me a new floor (ripping out the existing floor and replacing) for 3x the cost of refinishing. I ultimately found another contractor who performed the work with no issues. The owner wasted my time and told me false information in an attempt to make a sale.

My initial visit was great even took some sample boards home. I picked a few options and scheduled someone to come out and measure. It was really great they do not charge for that service even if you do not order. It took a bit for the quote and I did change my mind on the carpet selection due to cost so I needed an updated quote. The price was pretty comparable to other places in guestimation as I didn't have anyone else do an exact measurement. They also have a great selection of flooring of all types. I scheduled installation and was told it would be an all day job - 3 bedrooms, stairs, and hallway. I also paid for them to move the furniture. The all day job contractors did not show up until well after 12. I wasted a morning of vacation from work waiting on them. They were there until about 8pm which was very irritating. Afterwards I noticed some seams were a bit noticable. The sales person came out to look (did not show on the first scheduled date) and said he would send someone out to work the seams a bit. We scheduled a time and they did not show. I called and never got a response. I also noticed some damage to the furniture but by that point I'm sure nothing would have been done. I love supporting smaller more local businesses but I'm not sure I would recommend or return. Too bad as I do have more flooring to replace.

The nicely renovated house did not sell in 2019, and we were not getting the offers the house deserved. We engaged Ms. Harding in early December 2019, and the house was nicely staged within 1 week (pictures are on the Yelp profile). Within 2 weeks, higher offers began coming in, culminating in a sale at full price in January 2020. Ms. Harding was professional, the process seamless, the furniture and accessories were of high quality, and we would recommend the company without reservation.

We had a great experience with Columbus Garage Floor Coating. They came out to take a look, provide an estimate, and show the colors we could choose from. The day of the work, they showed up in the quoted window and were friendly and efficient with the job. A few days later, the owner called to check in and we mentioned a concern, and he had a manager out in less than 24 hours. The manager confirmed that they would need to do a little extra work, and he had a team out within 24 hours to handle it. Again, they were friendly and efficient and said they would get the issue taken care of. Everything looks great, and we're very happy with how it turned out!

The owner, Rick, continued to shine with his responsiveness and suggestions (he even had us come out to his home to see his porch as we were concerned about the color we were considering). The actual installation crew, led by Little Tyler, was amazing. They dealt with heat (90+), humidity and rain over several days, but they were not satisfied until it was perfect. It took longer than expected to complete but because of factors they did not control. They worked through the weekend to keep the process moving. For the price, they are so worth it. Highly recommend.

Tom is very helpful in answering any questions and working with you in choosing your flooring…read moreneeds. He and his team showed up timely over the three days worked to install our carpet and LVP in the entire home. They did a great job in removing furniture and placing it back properly. The new flooring looks great in our home and we love how it looks. I love that the transitions from carpet to LVP match the LVP perfectly. I have no complaints in the actual look and quality of the flooring materials. My only issue was that we discussed how one of our main reasons for changing the entire flooring of our home was the squeaking noise that our second story had developed. Tom and the team removed nails to lessen the noise, but that did not last in removing the squeaky noise for more than a day. I feel taking time to put screws would have done a better job in eliminating the noise. As a flooring replacement is the best time to take care of squeaky floors, it would have been great if something more permanent was done. I also would have appreciated taking the old tiles off the kitchen and then putting the LVP as the kitchen floor is one of the squeakiest areas and we really have no way to resolve the issue without getting all the way to the subfloors. Since it's a costly project, I expected one of our core issues with the home to be addressed as much as possible.

He is a realtor and a designer, plus coordinates all of the construction and installation. He really made the process easy. From the start, Neal was great about listening to our needs and giving us options, though he never overwhelmed us. He knows the entire market very well, which was important because we moved to Columbus with no knowledge of the market. He steered us to the neighborhoods he thought were right for us, and then patiently took us to see as many properties as we wanted (even though we eventually bought one of the first ones we saw). After our property was under contract, Neal managed the closing process beautifully. This was the first time a property we have purchased has ever closed on time (credits to the bank as well). Then he helped us redesign and remodel our kitchen and master bath. Both are gorgeous but executed within a tight budget. Neal gets that not everyone has an unlimited budget and knows where to spend to get the most bang for the buck, and where to cut back. His crew was dependable, clean and thorough. Renovation is never easy but this experience was about as good as it gets.
