Both jobs were done in a very professional manner. John and Keith both showed up on time, wearing masks. Both brought all their tools. Both of them knew how to do the jobs. The time estimate I received over the phone was 5 to 6 hours. They finished both jobs in 3 hours - even though I had to run out and get the garbage disposal and some HDMI cables. The lady who answered the phone when I made first contact was very polite and helpful. She first scheduled the job for a week later, but she checked the calendar and told me that they might be finishing a job earlier. She said that if that happened, she would call me back and reschedule the job earlier, which is what happened. I am very grateful.
