I'll start off by saying the guy that came to do measurements was cool. The installers were fine…read more Didn't talk much. They did a good job. But skipped the final step of calking my sink back in. Even tho it was clearly on the checklist of things they were supposed to do. So I had to go out and buy some and do it myself after they left at like 7pm. That sucked. But my biggest complaint was that the communication from the office staff and my so called project manager (Chianne) was terrible! One part was my fault. I got an email about the measurement scheduling, but I didn't actually open it because it looks like spam. It doesn't say the company name or a subject. Just the name of the project manager. So if you don't know that persons name, it looks like spam. But I owned that. After that mix up I was told I would be scheduled for Friday of that week but I would get a call on Thursday to give me a 2 hour window. I never got a call. A driver called me on Friday saying he was on his way. But I wasn't prepared for that and had to turn him away. So I call and talked to a different person about how I never got a phone call with a time. This person said my project manager told her that she called me and I didn't answer. THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. Your business model literally says honesty in it and you have managers lying about your customers. When I told this new manager she never called me she literally said, I knew I shouldn't have trusted her! So that's crazy! Finally got scheduled for Monday now. At 8 am on my day off. The measurement guy comes. He does his thing and he also tells me that the manager lied about calling me! Finally at the end tells me I'll hear something about an install date by Friday or at the latest in a week on Monday. By Wednesday I still heard nothing! So I called AGAIN! They said materials were in but they would call me tomorrow for scheduling. They didn't! Surprise! Finally got a date scheduled and held my breath that they would actually show up. They did. And I'm so glad, because now I can be done with this company forever! If I could have gotten out of this a month ago, I would have. But when you order with Home Depot you're stuck. Home Depot told me when I ordered that I was looking at a 3 week install. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS! Also I Called out Chianne on lying about me and not doing her job and there was no apology. Asked to be transferred to her boss. Left him a message. He never called me back, SURPRISE! So no accountability on their part at all. Awful. Just awful experience. Do not use these people!

They did a great job with delivery and installation. The countertop (quartz) had one seem and if I…read moredidn't know where it was, I would never find it. Very courteous and cleaned up at the end. They gave us a checklist of things to be ready for at installation when they came to measure. They made sure all the items were covered at installation. Kody & Ray were our installers.

Brad and the Kitchen Solvers team had remodeled our kitchen nearly eight years ago. We loved the look (timeless), and the way our kitchen worked for us, and had recommended Kitchen Solvers to many friends and neighbors over the years. After the flood, we faced restoration work, and after frustrating delays, and conversations from "restoration services" that said they could "come close" but actually left more damage in their wake, I stopped crying and decided to call Brad to see if he would be willing to take on this job. Brad came out quickly, took careful measurements, and said "I think we can fix this." Rather than offering "maybe" and "close match," he was able to rebuild and replace missing cabinets and trim strips with exact matches on the finish, while protecting what remained of our kitchen. Throughout the process, Melinda in the front office fielded numerous texts and questions from me promptly, with both precision and good humor, and kept me updated on all scheduling. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist. If you are considering a kitchen makeover in these difficult times when parts availability and shipping issues are unavoidable, consider this: from start to finish, you truly cannot ask for more reliable, professional, and respectful humans to be working in your home every day. I am grateful that Brad was willing to take on this job, and delighted with the results. Thanks to Kitchen Solvers, we have gone from ruined wreck to a beautiful, fully functional kitchen.
