So he kept turning it from side to side to wash away soap, tooth paste, etc. Over time, he basically "unscrewed" the faucet. By the time I noticed, I couldn't tell if it was broken or just needed tightening. Gave Shane a call, he asked to send him pics, then replied back with instructions on how to fix things myself. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench. LOL. Will be giving him a call the next time I have a real job.

$500 to replace a fence post?! No thanks…read more We bought a $12 bag of concrete, took the panels off, set the the previous post back in the new concrete (because it came right out of the ground clean [due to the fence installation co. we hired being inline with so many construction contractors/workers these days, doing half-assed work]), then put the panels back on after the post set. $12 and about 45 minutes worth of work. This isn't work like a doctor does going into surgery - it's taking screws out, mixing concrete (which is less complicated than mixing together ingredients for cake out of a box), aligning your post correctly, then putting the screws back in. $500? Maybe the local car wash should charge $500 to do a basic hand wash on a small vehicle - it's just as complicated.

Patrick arrived to review the work to be done and later provided what I found to be a very fair estimate. Due to a major landscaping project also in fight, we had a bit of a scheduling crunch which required our work be done a bit sooner than expected. I spoke to Emily who had CertaPro resources out the following Thursday to mitigate the aged wood pillar issues and loose shutters. They were very nice did an outstanding job. Everything looked perfect and ready to paint in just a couple of hours! Friday, Alfredo (and Team) arrived to Paint the items noted above. Our house looks totally amazing! They were very professional, personable and did an outstanding job. VERY Thorough. The wife and I are thrilled with the final product. I wanted to make sure everyone at CertaPro knows how much we appreciate your service and ability to meet our timeline. We will be calling you again in 2027 (Spring) to have our shed painted and partial power washing of our home. :-) Needless to say I would absolutely recommend CertaPro to anyone who requires services of this nature. Quality Product (Work) by a Quality Team!!

Reasons I chose Delco: - Owner's "can-do" attitude. Very positive. These are multi-week projects. It's important that I enjoy working with someone on a daily basis for that length of time. - Owner is consistently on-site. - Overall value was substantially higher than others. - Ability to use my own designer (Cary Gerschutz of DeLuca Designs...highly recommend). - Referred by trusted individual. Reasons I recommend Delco now that the project has been completed: - Communication: Owner proactively provides regular updates on project without it being overwhelming. - Proposed budget was in line with final cost. - Attention to detail: Example: Our designer marveled at the final product of the "pebble floor" in our shower. Each stone was placed by hand; it did not look "manufactured". - Any unknowns (you don't know what's behind the wall until you open it) were disclosed up front with worst-case scenarios clearly outlined, with an under-promise-over-deliver mindset. - Very respectful of our home: Stairs and walls were protected prior to starting. Items were carried carefully. Accidents can happen but we were fortunate that we experienced not one bit of collateral damage. - Respectful of our family: They used earbuds instead of a stereo. No yelling or unnecessary noise. Got to know our dog and were happy to close the door each and every time they made a trip from the outside of the house to the inside of the house. Even in communication: If I wanted to talk through some things, he wasn't rushing me. And likewise, if I was busy, he was respectful of that and kept things brief. - Cleaned up every single day. - Any snags were met with a positive attitude. No blaming of others; great accountability. - Vast majority of work done by Delco; very few subcontractors. - Project was completed within the "worst-case scenario" timeframe and, had it not been for subcontractor delays, it would have been done sooner than that. All of Delco's work was done in a timely manner. - Flexible with mid-project adjustments. Conclusion: A project like this is a big financial and time investment. I really enjoyed working with Delco. I've already referred friends to them. The end product was better than expected. Finally, my designer, after the project was completed, told me that, if I used a typical home remodeling company, I would have paid significantly more for a lesser product. Again, stop searching, use Delco. You'll be happy you did.

Their communication, design support, and work ethic kept the project on schedule and on point.
