It's IKEA! You know what you're going to get when you go to IKEA…read more Products are good, sometimes a tad over priced but unique for the area and peices you won't find locally. Quality tends to be good, I've never had an IKEA item that wasn't good quality and last. Prices - they're bargain section is really good, they put a lot of items on clearance and for good prices, not just like kinddd of a deal, they really slash it so it goes quick. SO if you like deals, go during the week and often. Layout and product selection is very IKEA, very consistent. Hate that there's not an easier way to get directly to the section you want to get to, but ... there are cut-throughs to skip a section if you can notice them. Have been here several times and will continue to shop here!

This was my first visit to IKEA. I was excited because I've heard so many things about them! Allow…read moreme to describe my experience; The escalators were out of order (no biggie) so we took the elevator. Upon entering the second floor, it was a bit overwhelming. As we started walking, we got to see the different themes of each area- which was neat for inspiration, no doubt. But the furniture? I thinks it's meant for hobbits. My goodness if I sat on most of them, I'd never be able to get up! Soo low. The couches? They look very cheap and under comfortable for the most part- although the pricing was not . It's definitely geared more towards first apartment/college vibes. There were some end tables that looked decent. The thing that got me was when I was ready to go- I couldn't. The labyrinth just kept going!! My goodness I thought I was going to get rewarded with a slice of cheese once we got out! I know a lot of people love it but it was not for me. Wayfair around the corner was much better.

Just moved to Delaware, and was dreaming of a new living room set, and thought I would never be…read moreable to afford something so nice!!!!! I walked in the loading dock, because I didnt know the main entrance was on the other side! I was welcomed by the loading staff as soon as I arrived. Shortly after Sabrina came to help me in the search! So patient and eager to work with my budget design taste and needs. The prices will blow you away when you walk in, but then you ask if they can get anything more off and they will work with you and get you a GREAT DEAL!!!! I love my new Couch, Loveseat, and Ottoman, all at a very low low price! Since this was the corporate store ( I Think) I purchased a sample not even on the line yet and the pillows on it sold me as well as the material. SO NICE and LOOKS GREAT!!! Cana was also there with witty advice and helpfulness. Her and Sabrina made the experience so enjoyable and I cant wait to go back to buy the dinning set and the bed!!! A great company and store located in Delaware, Im so happy I was pointed in this direction. IT IS A MUST GO!!! You will leave wanting to buy the whole store! THANK YOU Sabrina, and Cana!!!! Look forward to seeing you soon for the other pieces! They go above and beyond and I left feeling like they were friends!!! :) CHAPE!

I was supposed to have a couch delivered to my house yesterday. When it arrived it was damaged. It…read morewasn't like the damage was unnoticeable, I saw it the minute the back of the truck was opened. There was also only one delivery man, it would have taken two to get it to my place. I had the third party delivery man take it back to the store and I called the store. They said that they didn't have another one of the couches that I wanted, but the Morris Road store had more of them and have one delivered today. Needless to say I gave them all day to deliver it and it never showed up. I called the store and they said, oh sorry our driver didn't show up so none of our deliveries were made. Do not count on any good customer service from this company. The fact that the original couch wasn't looked at before loading or it was and it was delivered any how. They are not going to keep you in the loop on changes in delivery either. Absolute lack of customer service over two days from two different branches of the same store. If you choose these stores good luck!

My wife and I had been swearing we would update our 1986 kitchen for years, and finally decided to…read morego through with it this year. Got estimates from a couple of contractors, thought their prices were a bit high. I happened to notice Easyfit one day from another business across the road. Called and made an early morning appointment. This isn't the type of place you just walk into and shop around, as a couple other reviewers didn't seem to appreciate...just saying. Anyway, their regular salesperson was out, so the manager Jenna Chenault took care of us. Countertops are their main business, but they had a decent selection of both builder's grade and higher grade cabinets to choose from (we went with the latter). Long story short, we ended up having them do the cabinets and granite. We thought the price was quite reasonable. The cabinets only took a few weeks to arrive, and the whole install schedule was given to us by Jenna shortly after the purchase. Everything ended up going in exactly on schedule. There were a couple of minors issues with the cabinet installation which Jenna took prompt care of, and it was obvious she was genuinely concerned about the job being done correctly and us being happy with the results. We just had the granite installed last Wednesday...the install crew (Nick, Matt, Mike and Tim) were all terrific, and did a great job. I've attached a pic here from later that same day. The final trim molding wasn't installed until a few days later on the cabinets, so ignore the gaps up by the soffit. That turned out great, as well! Aside from our overall happiness with how everything turned out, we are glad we were able to do business with a great, family owned company. We learned they are subs for over 30 home Depots and Lowe's in Ohio, and do over 50 kitchens a week, so they know what they are doing, but we are glad we ended up working with them directly.

We had our countertops installed on Friday. We are very pleased with the result! The quartz…read morecountertops are beautiful. The installers Steve, Ty and Emil were professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend Cutting Edge.

I returned the truck a little late and was not charged any extra since it wasn't reserved by anyone else. Charges were exactly as expected. I also grabbed some last minute hardware I'd need in setting up my new place. The staff that helped me was actually familiar with the hardware, and recommended something slightly different than I was looking for, which turned out easier to install than what I was originally looking for. Prices were very competitive, especially for a non big box store.

(Delaware, Ohio store) It has been my go to place for various purchases and primarily the purchase and delivery of Pool Salt for years. I did not have a problem until this year. It was a very unpleasant experience that I will never go through again because they have lost my business forever. I am sure it was a misunderstanding that could have been cleared up if there had been better communication and less attitude of rudeness and not caring about the customer. I have orderEd pool salt and had it delivered to my home for years. The delivery was always on time and everyone was polite and nice. I have always requested that the salt be placed near our pool. It never seemed to be a problem. I appreciated it very much. These are 40 lb bags of salt and it was a bonus to have them near where they would be used. (Thank you for those years past.) This year the delivery was late. Ok. But I didnt know it would be two days late until I checked. No apology for inconvenience. When it was delivered the very rude man placed it in the driveway and said it wasn't his job to move it anywhere else and he wasn't going to do it. On the order I had asked for placement by pool as I always had. I admit that I lost my cool and in response to his attitude i was rude. He later reported to his boss that I called him names. I NEVER called him names. I was upset about the situation. My husband and I are 80 years old and he has health problems. There seems to be no respect for senior citizens who has been customers for many years. He finally, grudgingly moved the salt around to the pool. Basically said, yeah, old woman, are you happy now. You got your way. I said thank you for doing it and he said "I didn't do it for you." I called ACE. Did not speak to the manager as I requested, but thought the assistant manager would be of assistance. He said they only move items to driveway now and do not go into house, or fenced areas because of liability. They only did that in years past as a courtesy. I guess courtesy is no more. It would have been nice if they had made it clear when I placed the order. Also, he was impolite and rude to me and said that he wouldn't tolerate calling employees names , which IDID NOT do. Obviously he was waiting to light into me. And wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say. Rudeness seems to be the thing at this store. I told him I would never shop there again and he said "is there anything else we can do for you." No apology nor how can we make it right. Never shopping there again.
