Things I like about Kitchen Kraft: Designer does the free estimate instead of a salesperson. Respectful of customer's budget. I plan to use them again when I tackle my bathroom update next year.

We know we can always trust her style and eye. Personally, I recently hired Kelly for consulting on my home's window coverings and she came prepared with options, took measurements and gave me ballpark prices so I could make choices based on my budget. I loved her recommendations and am so happy with what we decided! I highly recommend Kelly and her services!

Although the cost of staging is not inexpensive, I believe that having excellent staging made an enormous difference that resulted in me getting a significantly higher price for my home. It is clear that Kelly posesses an extraordinary eye for design. She curated each room meticulously, selecting furniture and accessories that perfectly complemented the existing features. The result was a breathtaking beautiful space that far surpassed its appearance during my ownership; I hardly recognized it :) Her ability to work with the existing challenges was impressive. Two rooms had rain-damaged hardwood floors, but rather than hiding the imperfections, she ingeniously incorporated them into the overall design. Their resourcefulness and creativity diverted attention, highlighting the captivating aspects of the space. Throughout the process, the stagers were professional, pleasant and easy to work with. If you're looking to make a lasting impression on potential buyers and maximize your home's value, I highly recommend Staging Places!

My wife and I were renovating our master bathroom, and we had been through hundreds upon hundreds of pre-made vanities online of all price levels. We just couldn't seem to decide on anything. We also went to Lowes and sat down with the bathroom design guy there, but we were frustrated with the lack of available options. Lowes literally only has 5 cabinet options to chose from. When we walked into Discount Granite, Mark sat down and talked us though our cabinet options, and we walked around their warehouse and looked at a bunch of beautiful slabs of granite and marble they have there for you to see and touch. It was a completely different experience than going to Lowes or fooling around online, and Mark's expertise and suggestions were invaluable along the way. Now we have a beautiful, modern, custom designed vanity cabinet with a perfectly cut black granite custom countertop, and it actually cost less than some of the pre-made stuff my wife was looking at online. If you are fooling around online looking at vanities or kitchen cabinets you should check this place out, they will save you time and help you decide!

Though the designers lose interest in the project after it starts. They didn't come and check on the progress and make sure it going according to plan 2. Demo went well 3. Installation was terrible. They do shoddy work and do not pay attention to detail. 4. They cut corners and hope the customer doesn't notice. There were so many quality issues that would not have been addressed had I not brought it to their attention. I felt like I was the only person responsible for quality control. No one bothered to come and inspect the work. 5. Communication is not good. They would make appointments with me and then not show up without letting me know. Overpriced for the quality of work done. I would not use them again for any project in the future.

Every detail was thought out and well executed and the team was such a pleasure to work with. My custom vanities were perfect with all of the special built-ins that I requested. The custom color was beautiful. The countertops, all of my new light fixtures, all of the trim and custom finish work that was done to the walls- I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. All of their contractors were polite and professional, which is important when you have someone working for a period of time in your personal and private living space. I think that's harder and harder to come by these days- to have that many trades who are all high end and act like professionals. I highly recommend!!

Communicating with Adam was incredibly easy from start to finish. The team he sent was efficient, communicative, and meticulously clean, making sure to tidy up their workspace as they progressed. They also conducted themselves with absolute professionalism and courtesy, treating our home with the same attention to detail as if it were their own. While they were not the cheapest option, they certainly were not the most expensive, offering incredible value for impeccable work. I would not hesitate to hire ODP Paint & Stain again for any future residential painting projects.

The nicely renovated house did not sell in 2019, and we were not getting the offers the house deserved. We engaged Ms. Harding in early December 2019, and the house was nicely staged within 1 week (pictures are on the Yelp profile). Within 2 weeks, higher offers began coming in, culminating in a sale at full price in January 2020. Ms. Harding was professional, the process seamless, the furniture and accessories were of high quality, and we would recommend the company without reservation.
