I've talked to BBB and I could go with them, and they even said I had a case with small claims. I could choose what I want to do. Your business isnt that big that you couldn't have even called me. I had quarry granite remodel my bathroom and kitchen in 3 different houses, great experience everytime ! highly recommend them !

Quarry Granite came out to do the install on 01/10/23 the installers did not bring enough materials to finish the job and left the job site unfinished and did not clean up their work. The installers were supposed to show up between 4-6pm but did not show up until after 8pm and left at 11:30pm. Since the poor install I have been trying to get them to come out and correct their issues. They were supposed to show up 01/31/23 between 2 and 4pm but no called no showed for the appointment. Worst part about the entire ordeal is the company does not even care enough to apologize for their contractors who obviously don't care about the quality of work. If you're planning to get countertops stay far and clear of Quarry Granite it has been one disaster after another with this company. read more

Buyer beware, you get what you pay for, cheaper price = poor quality. Do not make the same mistake we made. They did our main counter tops in 2014. Shortly after (less than 18 months) we noticed the seam by the dishwasher was splitting. Reluctantly, and after several exchanges, they agreed to come out and address it. I gave them 2 stars as the gentleman who came to fix it was outstanding, well skilled, and knowledgeable. Fast forward, 2 years later, SAME seam, SAME place, cracked again. They will not stand behind their work, as the "one-year warranty" has expired. ONE year, are you kidding me?? Several thousand for granite, and only a one year warranty. Don't try to save a buck, go with a reputable company like Perotta, who did our side counters, and will be redoing these. Not only do THEY stand behind their work, they don't charge for service calls, even when fixing others work! Horrible experience, pay a little more for quality, service, and a company that stand behind their work! read more

My husband and I are building a new home. We had everything picked out except for the granite countertops for the kitchen and three bathrooms. We researched several fabricators/installers. We were nervous due to previous bad experiences and the large investment. Then I found Quarry Granite. Our sales person, Dana, was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. Based on their pricing I was able to upgrade from Azul Platino ( I liked it; but was not in love with it) to White Butterscotch (I LOVE IT!!!) The installers were on time, friendly and professional. They talked us through every seam and cut. There was a problem with the granite for my island; but, it was corrected in less than a week. After the installation the guys cleaned the granite and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this business for all your granite needs. My kitchen and three bathrooms, including shower bench look awesome. read more

Its going to be fairly impossible to tell you how horrific an experience we had with our kitchen but I will try. In the beginning it seemed great, we went to Omicron to pick granite and it was like a Walmart of granite compared to the smaller warehouses near us. We found some amazing granite that was only one step up so the price was good. This is where the happy feelings end. When they measured, with a laser, it took 2 people over 3 hours for a very modest kitchen. Something like 36 sqf of counters. You would think that a professional measurer with a laser would be very accurate. Nothing could be farther from the truth. One of our 2 large pieces had the totally incorrect shape when they brought it out. So the "installer" had to attempt to cut the correct angle with an old blade that probably would have struggled with wood. We ended up with an edge that looked like they cut it freehand. I needed a hole cut for an RO dispenser and they didn't have the right size drill bit so they could not do it. Additionally, our small piece was nearly 1/2 in short and did not cover the cabinets. Unacceptable. On top of that, they scratched the surface while attempting to fix the angle. They did send out a good repair person who fixed the angle cut the best you could hope for but its still not a factory grade cut. He drilled the proper hole. However he could not help the small piece being short. So Quarry said they would bring out a new piece to replace it. Weeks later they bring out a piece that is totally different from what we have. Not going to work. Don't know where the rest of our piece went. Its gone apparently. So we send that back and the search begins for another piece. After several weeks of nothing, they tell us to drive an hour back to Omicron and see if we can find a piece. Huge inconvenience. So we do and by some miracle we find a piece that is from our lot in their holding area. It gets released and we think our luck is changing. After a couple more weeks they bring the piece out. It looks great, well we found it so why wouldn't it. You would think they would have the measurement nailed down right? Nope. Piece comes in and its too big. I call to ask how this happens. We wanted to make sure it wasn't short. Ummm, hello, you measure and cut stones, that's your job! Now they sent the same clown as the first time and we were told they would not send the same crew. So here we go again with him cutting on site. Guess what? Same thing happens its not a great fit and is about 3/8 in short. At this point we have had enough and call it close enough. Through this 3-4 month process we just give up. I had accidentally chipped an edge in these months since original install and I asked if they would send the repair guy as a customer service since we have had so many issues. Seems reasonable. I was told absolutely not and that basically sums up what kind of customer service you can expect. I recommend you shop elsewhere but if you proceed, best of luck to you, you will probably need it. read more

If I could give Quarry Granite more than five stars I would. Our experience with them was great from the very beginning. Kathy was wonderful to work with. She made the process very smooth and answered all of my questions. Being able to go to the warehouse and choose our actual slabs was priceless. Rather than see a 10 inch square in a big box store, we chose the actual slabs that would be in our kitchen. On installation day, the installers arrived on time. They were polite, professional, and obviously took pride in their work. They showed us all seams. I know where they are but have trouble finding them. They cleaned up everything. No mess at all when they left. I honestly can't think of anything to complain about. I love my new kitchen. read more

We built a new house this summer and went back and forth trying to decide which counter top material we wanted for our medium sized kitchen. We determined that we wanted granite for it's higher resale value in case we decide to sell ur house in a few years. We found Quarry Granite online and had nothing but a great relationship with Tom (our sales rep). He was kind, energetic, and easy to talk to. We put our down payment on the granite and felt very confident that everything will work out. We found the time to drive 2 hours up to Cleveland to pick our granite out at Universal Granite and Marble. This place was overwhelming in a good way. There were tons of different options and colors to choose from within our price range. The only real problem was we had to take time off from work to make it there before closing time and I felt as though we were bring rushed to make a decision. With that being said, we picked 2 slabs of granite out that wasn't our favorite but would ultimately look nice and would fit our needs. We paid our second payment (payment made in 3 increments as required per Quarry) and they sent a guy out to our house to measure and do a template. Finally the day of installation comes and two men show up with our slabs of granite. My boyfriend was respectful and gave them full roam of our kitchen. Allowing them to do their job and if they needed anything (Shopvac, brooms, etc.) he didn't hesitate to bring them whatever they needed. He tried not to "hover" over them as he was very busy doing other things while we're getting ready to finally move in. I get home from work around 5PM and immediately look at the job they've done. Gasp... I see a seam in our kitchen island. This was something that I never expected to see as we purchased 2 huge slabs of granite. One would think that an entire slab would cover our island with no problem and the left over could be installed on the other areas along the walls. The installers did a very nice job overall but when they left, we discussed calling our sales rep Tom to see if there was anything that can be done about our island. We waited until the next day and my boyfriend called him. He was very apologetic on the phone and said he would look into it and call us back. Tom finally did call us back about a week later and explained that he has left the company as a sales rep and will not be able to be our contact anymore. After this review was originally posted, Chrissy contacted us and arranged a replacement island counter top and sent the gentleman back to our house to re-do the template. Today the installers came back and did a fantastic job with the replacement! They even installed our support corbels for us! We have been getting nothing but positive comments from friends and family on how the countertops turned out. I will strongly recommend this company to any of my friends especially now that the issue has been resolved. Bravo! read more
