They say they will get back to me, or the warranty will call. This never happened until two years into the warranty, and then they were unwilling to help. The white cabinets I purchased are excellent. A baked-on finish. The gray cabinets are another story entirely. I moved into my brand-new home a little more than two years ago. I called into the store soon after moving in because a trash cabinet/drawer had the stain rubbing off after first selling me the spray can, which reflected the finish, which was not a match. They replaced the door and sent me a new one; I said I still had small chips in the stain. Then, they sold me a putty to fix a cabinet stain, but there was no better. One of the installers came and tried. Again, no help. I have had it for two years, and I have called, emailed, and complained. What a joke! The warranty department called for the first time today after years of calling the store and saying the finish is not warranted and they can not provide a stain to match. These are just some of the pictures of the poor finish.

Between Bath Tune Up and their subcontractors, I had 5 different contacts I worked with and scheduled separate appointments with- each of whom told me different things. None of them seemed aware of discussions that I'd already had with the others. Multiple times they either didn't show up for appointments or canceled last minute (especially frustrating when I had taken time off work to be home for the appointment). To their credit, early in the process they identified a leak in the side of our house that we needed to fix immediately. Bath Tune Up paused their work and was very patient while I got the leak fixed. After 10 days I notified them that the leak was fixed and the bathroom work could continue. It took them 9 weeks after that to finish the work. Also to their credit, multiple times when I complained about the quality of the work they did send someone out to see and then later come out to fix the work. However- this required a ton of time and management from me. I'd rather they did it right the first time.

CONSUMER BEWARE: This Company should not be installing shower units…read more. I hired this company after all the hype on what they can do for me and promises. My job started on July 8,2024 and wasn't completed till Oct. 2024. So much for the 4 day install. I had 4 different crews and none of them had any professional experience. They manage to cut through my floor joist over 1/2 way. Installed 3 different shower bases due to lack of experience installing the correct way. The first base was installed off center, the second base was installed in the correct direction to find out the joist didn't have to be cut . A subfloor section also cut out 12 x 20 for the initial install which wasn't needed if it was installed correctly.. The 3rd base was installed due to the drum trap that was installed. The walls panels/plywood panels all had to be torn back off due to incorrect installation with not being level. They didn't get the proper permits needed. Found out a T or Drum trap was installed which is prohibited in the State of Ohio. The crews didn't know local plumbing or structural codes that are used in the State of Ohio. I had to constantly watch the crew to ensure they weren't cutting corners. I even had to go to small claims court. I would have selected a 0 for the review but the lowest was 1.
