They say they will get back to me, or the warranty will call. This never happened until two years into the warranty, and then they were unwilling to help. The white cabinets I purchased are excellent. A baked-on finish. The gray cabinets are another story entirely. I moved into my brand-new home a little more than two years ago. I called into the store soon after moving in because a trash cabinet/drawer had the stain rubbing off after first selling me the spray can, which reflected the finish, which was not a match. They replaced the door and sent me a new one; I said I still had small chips in the stain. Then, they sold me a putty to fix a cabinet stain, but there was no better. One of the installers came and tried. Again, no help. I have had it for two years, and I have called, emailed, and complained. What a joke! The warranty department called for the first time today after years of calling the store and saying the finish is not warranted and they can not provide a stain to match. These are just some of the pictures of the poor finish.

Rather than offering "maybe" and "close match," he was able to rebuild and replace missing cabinets and trim strips with exact matches on the finish, while protecting what remained of our kitchen. Throughout the process, Melinda in the front office fielded numerous texts and questions from me promptly, with both precision and good humor, and kept me updated on all scheduling. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist. Mike has done two projects for us …read more The first project. Was putting up a porch enclosure system for us on our gazebo, which came without instructions. The second project was to remodel a bathroom for us by removing the old shower enclosure and replacing with a tile walk in shower as well as put a new tile floor in that same bathroom. Mike was meticulous and not only did that upgrade but moved plumbing lines and electric lines which we discovered were behind the walls of the old enclosure. He wanted 60% then 40% upon completion, but demanded to be paid half of what was owed several times. Unprofessional. Ultimately, he seems to work when he feels like it, and it's on a pre-pay basis. When his contract says balance due upon completion, that means nothing to him. He demanded full payment before he would complete the job. Do not hire this joker!

We ultimately decided to order the flooring directly through Vlad because the quality was the best for the price! They completed the install in about 4-5 days (over 1200sq ft!). Having just moved to an outdated home in Worthington - installing hardwood floors was a priority. We had 3 different types on flooring on our first level (thick tile, carpet, laminate). It would have been a nightmare had we tried to demo ourselves - but Vlad and his team made it look easy! His team was very courteous and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Between Bath Tune Up and their subcontractors, I had 5 different contacts I worked with and scheduled separate appointments with- each of whom told me different things. None of them seemed aware of discussions that I'd already had with the others. Multiple times they either didn't show up for appointments or canceled last minute (especially frustrating when I had taken time off work to be home for the appointment). To their credit, early in the process they identified a leak in the side of our house that we needed to fix immediately. Bath Tune Up paused their work and was very patient while I got the leak fixed. After 10 days I notified them that the leak was fixed and the bathroom work could continue. It took them 9 weeks after that to finish the work. Also to their credit, multiple times when I complained about the quality of the work they did send someone out to see and then later come out to fix the work. However- this required a ton of time and management from me. I'd rather they did it right the first time.
