This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.)
