Also I had done my own layout (using Word (with limited layout capabilities but all I had) and had created my own pdf, that seemed to print ok on my home printer, but I was not sure about column alignment when sending to an actual printer. I decided then to go to Yelp for ideas. There I found Metcalf Printing. It was located near the airport and near where I was going to stay in Columbus when attending my brother's memorial service. I started doing the online process on their site. It was pretty intuitive. But after uploading my pdf, I still had alignment concerns. I decided to call the number and got a nice reception. I was referred to Jeff Metcalf (the owner) who asked me some questions and then said, just email me the pdf and I will take a look and get back to you with a quote. It wasn't long before he sent me the info. I called the next day to approve and pay via credit card. When picking up the bulletins the following week in Columbus, I was positively impressed by Jeff and the good quality of my printed pieces. Jeff said he has modified alignment a little so my columns were centered. Thank you. I learned Metcalf Printing has been in business since the 1980s, started by Jeff's mom (hope I am remembering this right). I had a positive experience, and received a good print job. Probably not likely I will be back there again soon since I live in Iowa. Making funeral plans for my brother was hard enough, and this service by Metcalf Printing helped one detail less difficult.

I couldn't find the right size blank cardstock, so we decided to get these printed by Fireball. It was easy to order and upload the custom design to their website. The prints were very affordable and ready within 2 days. The quality of the printing was excellent - colors were vibrant and crisp, and the paper was a great weight (standard rack card, 14pt gloss-coated). Pickup was easy. A great little printing company!

I will say that I've had fantastic service with Staples' furniture warranty/replacement plans in the past. A+ replacement plans if you're thinking about buying one. That's not necessarily related to this specific location though. It's weird that this location is so close to Easton and in this shape as I've been to much nicer Staples locations that were in the middle of nowhere. I felt uncomfortable at this location, and I don't plan to come back. I'll drive out of my way to try a different Staples.
