Owner is rude and arrogant. He refused to give a receipt for each of my packages. Shipments get lost on the receiving end and a receipt for each item is much easier. He refused and told me to go to another UPS Store. read more

Very rude and sexist. My wife and I went to return a package and when my wife asked a question, employee was rude and directed his answer to me instead of my wife who asked the question. She proceeded to ask about the return but still refuse to answer my wife. We would not recommend this establishment, there are plenty of options in the area. read more

The business owner is such a wonderful human, that he reminds me of the famous character George Bailey in It's A Wonderful Life, still one of my favorite films. The kindness, attention to detail, work ethic and judgement in hiring is like nothing I have ever seen-because he has maintained that integrity for the many years I have used this place for shipping-never "slipping". Every employee is personable and happy to do their jobs! (Everyone IS happy when they have a family values good guy for a boss-and he does see his employees as a family). This is the kind of business that was more common when I was growing up many decades ago-but had become much more rare in our entitled and selfish culture of barely making eye contact in customer service. How can just mailing a package restore ones faith in humanity? Go in here and you will know. If everyone in America treated each other as this small business does-we would have no problems. read more

Very nicely done.  I needed a book copied and binded.  Not only did they do it quickly, but it was so easy to do.  I simply sent them an email of the book, and within the next few hours it was done! Staff and Management are very friendly, while, still maintaining professionalism. FIND ANOTHER UPS STORE TO WORK WITH THERE ARE A COUPLE WITHIN A MILE OF HERE. They wanted $5 to pickup a package, nor did they call to let me know the package is there. I know it is locally owned, but you represent a larger organization and when I pay to ship something via UPS that should be included. The store .5 mile up the road has never charged and cleaner. Had I not been in a rush I would have taken my package that I needed to ship to another location. read more

The young man working today was so pleasant! Pleasantries upon opening the door and I noticed that he greeted many customers by name. He was very helping in making suggestions on the packing that was necessary for my contents, and gave me all shipping options, calling out what was the most economical. The worst UPS Store ever. 2 out of the 3 employees there are so rude and offensive. I always go there for my Amazon returns and when I asked for 2 receipts instead of one combined for my two packages, the employee named Mak almost assaulted me saying "absolutely not, such a waste of paper" with such an attitude! I left the store humiliated, without saying a word. I came back a couple of days later and another employee with a long beard explained to me, in such a rude way as well, that they are a franchise store and this is their company policy, if I want 2 receipts I should go somewhere else. I went there again today, the Indian employee, Mak, went out of his way to serve me, just to insult me again, saying that I don't have to dare ask for 2 receipts again when I didn't even ask him for it. I just asked him to tell me in the receipt which tracking was for which package I left. I left the store embarrassed again, asking him why he was so rude to me, while all the customers were looking at what was going on. Outside the store a customer stopped me saying that the employee's attitude towards me was so rude and unacceptable. I am filing a legal complaint against the store. Being verbally assaulted and abused this way It's unacceptable. I hope the owner knows what is going on in his store. read more

He wanted 1.75 to use his tape for a free amazon return. What a joke. I will never go there again, Staples is not greedy as such. Oh, and not as rude, first thing he said to me was "are you a customer here? No? Then it's $1.75." Any chance I will ever be a customer just went up in smokes if there was as ever a chance. Probably should go take some lessons in customer service, this is not how you treat people. read more

Great UPS store. The owner and the clerks are all helpful. Very reasonably priced for a mail box. Love the service they give me. Always address me by name when I walk in. Package notification is great, and when you have a package that won't fit in your box, they hold it until you pick it up, of course the expectation is that you will get your packages with 24 hrs, especially if they are big packages. read more

I currently rent a mailbox and regularly use many of the in-Store services. My experiences at this UPS Store are always great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure I get my AAA discount, the right size box, or advice on the best way to ship. I'm going to get my new passport photos there, also. I ship items to an elderly aunt who lives in another state in a nursing home. They're so kind in helping me save in costs when I ship items to her. I love this UPS store and can't say enough about the personalized service and kindness of everyone who works there. read more

Always been fast and polite service. Never had an issue over the last 5 years I used this UPS store. I typically don't do reviews, and although the U-verse common review was funny it only gave three out of five stars for the store. I don't think U-Verse should reflect the UPS stores reputation. read more
