The line, despite the length, always moved quickly and as I said before, I've always been served by courteous personnel. Had a package sent out of the office there. Told the guy the address and clarified 4 times even showed him it typed out on my phone but still they somehow got the address wrong. Now instead of returning to sender I have to drive 30 minutes to go pick up my package at the store. If you want your package getting to it's destination do not go here. read more

When I returned to the store to address this error, the employee I spoke with attempted to place responsibility on me, despite the mistake being entirely the result of your team's actions. This refusal to accept accountability, coupled with the dismissive and accusatory attitude I encountered, was unacceptable and compounded the original error. As a direct consequence of your staff's mistake and the improper handling of my complaint, I have suffered a financial loss of $260. I should not be expected to absorb this loss due to an internal error and a subsequent failure to address it professionally. read more

Apparently sending the two items to the same location required a attitude and additional purchase of box and label... Dude was snobby and acted like I was a bother. He made this transaction so difficult if I could do business with ups again. I'll choose to pay more elsewhere then to deal with a I am bother attitude. And snobby comments. Very disrespectful customer service from a lady for the 2nd time. She never acknowledged that I was there and she kept talking to someone in the back about her personal life. She said ef ur opinion when I pointed that out. That shows her background. She asked me to go to a different UPS if I have problems with her. Wow weird. Open earlier than other locations on Saturday. Walked and tried looking for a label. An employee asked if he could help. He took me over to the desk and printed out the label for me. I was given a receipt for each package without asking (not always the case at UPS Stores). Fast, polite service. Can't ask for more at one of these locations. read more

I have visited this location sever times, and I am always pleased. My visits normally involve Amazon returns, but this location offers a variety of services. The lines are never too crowded and they offer a great hours of operation for people to come in after work. The service is always quick and the staff are very friendly! The service was quick super quick but I was treated very much like a bother from the attitude and lack of communication offered by the older man in a black UPS polo. He seemed as though he should have been the owner operator of the establishment being that young kids were the only other employees at the time of my visit yes an assumption but that is the way of the world now isn't it. Anyway, I seldom have a return to do but was directed to do my return at a UPS store so I walked in and said I have a return. He was like where's your code if it's on your phone sit it down. I did he then waved a sticker at me and was like take this you want a receipt don't you? I took it and left. No one was in line waiting for service so my point is why treat people so poorly when there is no apparent reason to do so. If you hate custard serving them then go sit in your office and hire people to do that obviously tedious to you task for you. A smile is free and goes along way to gaining guest loyalty. Yes I was doing a return but I use the post office a lot to ship things and finding your location so close to my home would have been a nice option. read more

I go out my way to come to this franchise location. It is black owned and operated and we shouldn't complain about others not supporting us when we are not supporting us! I have been a customer at this location from the time it was built. The owner and his family are wonderful people as are all of his staff. However, I went in today to mail out some blood labs. Two people were being waited on and there was another woman and her child at the island where you fill out forms. She did not appear to be in line. A 40 something year old clerk who is white with brown hair in a bun asked me to just drop my package off and I said I needed a receipt. She acted put out and told me that it was not my turn anyway is a hostile voice and then pointed to the lady standing at the island and said she is before you anyway (in a very snotty way). I contemplated telling her off but I bit my tongue. A very nice young man said he could get me a receipt in the back room which he did. I thanked him and left. In the 20 some years of being a customer here I had never been treated as rudely as I was today. read more

These guys are always incredible (and exceptionally kind, which can make a huge difference, especially on tough days) and today was no exception. Today, the owner, Ryan Payne, personally helped me and even made suggestions to improve the process I asked him to help me with. I am so thankful for this UPS-- it is the best in town. I used to work in retail and understand how being yelled at can impact behavior, and noticed these guys got yelled at right before I came in, but I otherwise would not have known any different. They opened the doors for and cheerfully welcomed customers and went out of their way to make my day. Everyone was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful-- from Ryan, the owner himself, to all employees, as usual (this was my first time meeting the awesome owner, yet I have consistently received excellent service here). Thank you for going above and beyond (as you always do) and for a memorably outstanding experience. Also Ryan, thanks for staying open during COVID-19.
