After all that, still not connect. I went to the front desk, because it says gonna be $5, and I still unable to connect One lady told me. Oh...is not $5, they just authorize $5, and once you print out how many page, it will return back to you, and only charge you for whatever amount you printed. So I went back and still unable to connect, I went back again, now another lady told me, oh you have to email it in, and they will send you a code to connect. I'm like Man...you can't tell me in the first place? Why you wasting my time like that? They should have a big ass sign says, email here, they will send you a code and you be able to connect! I mean these people are not helpful, when it says self service, you on your own

I went to the counter closest to the door, not knowing if there was a clerk coming or not. The guy in the back was staring at me, so I finally said Hi. He said do you need help? I said Yes. He then said I'm back here. Unfortunately Anthony needs training in customer service. A better way to greet me would have been "I can help you back here, Ma'am." To further frustrate my experience, I had to purchase a shipping box for my phone to be sent. I'll take that up with Verizon.

I knew the owners personally by their first name (Hi Tom) before they became a national superstore chain. I knew them when the internet was a baby, you didn't need more than 64 kilobytes for a computer, and a 5.25" floppy disk could hold more than enough for your program. They were sponsors of our Apple Computer User Group (COACH) in the day. They are good people, dependable and trustworthy, and their 30-day return policy cannot be beat. My first computer, an Apple II+ and monitor, was from them in 1983. I now have their own brand, a PowerSpec Windows 11 Computer. For over 45 years, they have been my computer store!

There were plenty of technicians to keep the wait time down. Owen, who helped me, explained things in terms I could easily understand. They kept my computer to fully determine what was wrong and give me an estimate by text messages. I was able to decide what I wanted done and returned to pick it back up. I decided it was time for a new computer, and Jacob listened to what I needed and had a wonderful and affordable replacement. It was nice because I felt like I was given straight-up answers to my many questions and wasn't pressured at any point. I would definitely recommend Micro Center if you need help with computer issues or a replacement.

Kinnari responded right away and even stayed late to make sure my graduate got the print in time. She went above and beyond for me not only printing a unique 8x20" print, but also she delivered to me. A large box print shop would never provide this level of service. On top of that, the print was high quality and colors looked great! I say this as a very picky photographer. Furthermore, what I paid for this print and service was a steal! I will definitely be using PostNet going forward! Thank you for your awesome service and quality!

So I question if All his responses below are just BS to try to make it look like they care about their customers. Let's see if he responds to my email requesting the $200 back. ------ Came into this Verizon Authorized Retailer Store today to upgrade my wife's phone and sales rep Alpha told me the trade-in value on her current phone was $220 with keeping our same data plan - the 2GB data plan. We had a very long conversation comparing my grandfathered 2GB data plan versus the lowest unlimited plan, and it would have been $56 more per month than my current plan. So it was very clear we were staying on our same 2GB data plan. I asked what promotions we have to upgrade the phone on our current plan, and Alpha said while there aren't any promotions, the trade-in value on the phone was $220. So my wife signed some digital paperwork, Alpha started setting up the new phone and transferring over data, and when it came down to sign the final digital paperwork, he informed us he could only give us $20 for the trade-in phone. We had already been in there for probably an hour and a half and when I asked him to stick by what he told us, by the deal that we made for $220 for the trade-in, he refused, and then he called his manager Brett and Brett refused as well. And then supervisor Melissa and rep Christina at Verizon customer service refuse to honor the deal that Alpha made as well. This isn't the first time this has happened. The Polaris Verizon store previously refused to honor an offer I had in writing. I would not recommend going to this Verizon store because they're going to give you misinformation and then refuse to stand behind the deal that they make with you until you're already far down the line, and then change the deal on you after you've already signed some paperwork. Shame on Alpha, Shame on Brett, and Shame on Verizon overall for failing to stand by the deal Alpha made and for failing to make this situation right with a long time Verizon customer.
