I have had good experiences here. At the print and copy center, I brought my COVID-19 vaccination card in and they laminated it for free. Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. Three employees at the register and they pointed me to the office chairs and no help in the department to ask questions or get any info. I went to the register to buy chair and they said there was four color choices. I picked black. They brought the chair and started to ring it up and told me they didn't have black and was gonna give me blue. I went home and ordered it a couple of days later on line to pick at the store. I was on my way to get it and got a message that it was cancelled. I called the store and they said the money would go back on my card in three or four days. read more

This company cannot keep track of inventory and has terrible customer service. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They have been unresponsive, unhelpful and misleading from the store owner. I have cancelled my order and will keep my business elsewhere. read more

Every time I'm in the store I get treated like a valued customer whether I have an issue or whether I'm buying a pack of pens. I've moved all my office buying to Office Depot after a 10 year run with other one that rhymes with maples. Thank you!! I went into the store to order a printer I needed at the end of the week. The associate assured me it would be at my house. He lied and it will take over 3 weeks. The customer service was absolutely no help and it will take over 1 month to get my money back. The associate lied about the shipping time to make a sale and there is nothing but terrible customer service on the back end to deal with the aftermath. I will NEVER go to this store again and if this associate takes a less fortunate person's last $140 dollars during a pandemic to make a sale, he should have a hard time sleeping at night. read more

I was NOT in the mood for Walmart's clientele (very overcrowded with kids everywhere) tonight so I came here--but I shouldn't have. I despise the layout they have for back to school items. It seemed to take forever to find anything. Some items in the middle of the walkway some in aisles. Everything cost me 2-3 times what it would have cost me at Walmart. The items that they had on sale for back to school were all sold out (imagine that) leaving only the more expensive items. I paid $7 or $8 for a freaking school box (yeah me). I don't care that it's zebra striped, it shouldn't cost that much. The cheapest backpack they had was $20 and that was the "SALE" price. I went on Ebay and got the same exact backpack for $14. I won't be back. I spent over $100 in this store that would have only cost me $50 or less at Walmart or even Kroger. If you're rich & have money to just throw away, shop here. read more

It was evident from the beginning that the staff here did not want to fill my order. After standing for 10 minutes waiting for an attendant @ the copy department, the Operations Manager finally asked if he could help me. When I proceeded to explain what I wanted, he cuts me off and exclaims in a less than interested tone, "You want all of that?" Then he offered me 2 days fulfillment on what was really a small request. In fact, his response suggested that he just wanted to shoo me away. I've dealt with this chain of stores in 25 different cities over the last year and nearly always get top notch service from the print department. I'll certainly do business at other locations but there are issues at this location. Given the Operation Managers reaction, I would seem that there is an adversarial attitude toward their customers. read more
