UPDATE 8/14/23 - so as you'll see below, the business manager from cellular sales answered below asking me to email him at that email. But I already sent the email last night based on seeing that email in other responses, and he hasn't answered. So I question if All his responses below are just BS to try to make it look like they care about their customers. Let's see if he responds to my email requesting the $200 back. ------ Came into this Verizon Authorized Retailer Store today to upgrade my wife's phone and sales rep Alpha told me the trade-in value on her current phone was $220 with keeping our same data plan - the 2GB data plan. We had a very long conversation comparing my grandfathered 2GB data plan versus the lowest unlimited plan, and it would have been $56 more per month than my current plan. So it was very clear we were staying on our same 2GB data plan. I asked what promotions we have to upgrade the phone on our current plan, and Alpha said while there aren't any promotions, the trade-in value on the phone was $220. So my wife signed some digital paperwork, Alpha started setting up the new phone and transferring over data, and when it came down to sign the final digital paperwork, he informed us he could only give us $20 for the trade-in phone. We had already been in there for probably an hour and a half and when I asked him to stick by what he told us, by the deal that we made for $220 for the trade-in, he refused, and then he called his manager Brett and Brett refused as well. And then supervisor Melissa and rep Christina at Verizon customer service refuse to honor the deal that Alpha made as well. This isn't the first time this has happened. The Polaris Verizon store previously refused to honor an offer I had in writing. I would not recommend going to this Verizon store because they're going to give you misinformation and then refuse to stand behind the deal that they make with you until you're already far down the line, and then change the deal on you after you've already signed some paperwork. Shame on Alpha, Shame on Brett, and Shame on Verizon overall for failing to stand by the deal Alpha made and for failing to make this situation right with a long time Verizon customer. read more

I walked in not expecting much- only review is 1 star, and it turns out it's an authorized retailer, not a main store. But it was handy, and we gave it a shot. And received superb service, no big sell, and left happy. Mom needed more data, and we got it, cheaply. She probably needs a new phone, and we got some suggestions, but no pushiness. The lady was super patient and empathetic with mom, and laid-back. I'll still probably go to the big stores for most needs. But the wait here was shorter, we got at least as good service, and I'll actually consider coming here when it is time for her phone. read more

Terrible service. I brought in an 85 year old woman. No to everything she needed. Tried to charge her over a hundred dollars to turn on a phone. Didn't want to honor coupon until I spoke up. They were out for money and she didn't want anything fancy. They knew their was no money to be had so no one really cared about helping her. It's a shame when companies care more for the almighty dollar than helping an elderly woman just get a cheap flip phone. read more

Came here with my boyfriend and his father on 7/6/19 around 12pm to get a SIM card transferred over to a new phone. The sales rep barely looked up from his screen to look at us, and was fairly condescending when answering my boyfriend's questions. You'd think that when asking about upgrading a phone, a salesman would perk up and try to turn up the charm a little bit, but nope. I give two stars because he easily transferred the SIM card and didn't charge for it. If you're looking for minimal help, a condescending attitude, and staff who may or may not deem you worthy enough to stand up to greet, this is the place for you! read more

I walked into this Verizon store last night to buy a new iPhone. There were three sales people helping customers. I walked over to the iPhone display and waited. I received no greeting when I walked in the door. A mere, "Welcome to Verizon. I'll be with you shortly" would have been sufficient. However, that didn't happen. I then stood at the iPhone display for 15 minutes. Not one acknowledgement. I walked out the door without hearing from anyone. Someone lost commission last night because I was ready to buy a phone, and no one offered to help. I've experienced MUCH better customer service in other stores; therefore, I won't be back to this Verizon location. Not even for accessories. read more

I needed to trade in my old phone that had completely stopped working. Cameron Vines provided exceedingly great customer service and lent his knowledge and expertise to my situation. I was able to get a new phone with an in store promotion that was affordable and Cameron took great care to educate me on the options and operations of the phone. read more

I went in there to buy a new phone because I cracked my screen. I wasn't sure what phone I wanted and made that known to the sales rep. I asked specifically on three different occasions if I bought a phone that day would there be any type of fee if I returned it because I didn't like it. I was told on three separate occasions no. A few days later I called into Verizon to say I wanted the smaller version, a similar size to what I had before. They told me there would be a restocking fee of approximately $35. I am very disappointed after asking repeatedly and explaining to the sales rep what that I wasn't sure if this was the phone I wanted because it was bigger than my old phone. In addition, I was communicated I would have a two dollar credit to my next bills. Which would make my over all bill two dollars cheaper. However my bill has risen by $20. I'm personally in sales so I get the goal is to make the sale but to put it above the reputation of your company and to not be up front and honest is disappointing. I have been a customer of Verizon for years but will be leaving Verizon altogether with because of this horrible customer experience. read more

The young man who helped me was very pleasant and eager to answer my many questions about apps., what they can be used for & walked me through how to download them and how to access them later.
