I returned to the wholesale location, and they sent me to a repair shop on High Street. That shop kept the iPad for a week, then told me they were unable to fix it and advised me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. When I returned the iPad, I was told they needed to order a part and would contact me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. I never received a call or update. The only way I found out anything was by calling them myself. I spent a lot of money on this iPad and was only able to use it once. I will never purchase another item from them.
