I had a Verizon saleswoman knock on my door today and I kept telling her I wasn't interested. When I went outside later my antenna had been ripped of my car and several dents and gouges on the roof and trunk. I don't know if it was her or her boyfriend but I live in a rural community and it couldnt be anyone else. They have a new worker called Griffin, he's a piece of sh*t, was so rude with us and was so disrespectful, we were there to buy the new IPhone 13 pro max and all what he did was telling us to get out of the store if we didn't like the deal, I have 4 lines with Verizon which I'm canceling next month because of him, There was another customer there with us and when she saw how Griffin treated us she just changed her mind and left the store, we also left and we're so disappointed. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years even though I know they're one of the most expensive carriers. But always stayed loyal to them and for them to give me a credit limit where I cannot get my upgrade without breaking the bank is just ridiculous! You would think Verizon would try to keep customers instead of running them away not to mention one of my lines out of the four lines was not working right for over 3 years which I called multiple times and complained about which no one could figure out or took care of until this week due to "advanced calling" being off. I had no idea and none of the Tech's ever figured that out until now so with that being said I have partial service for over 3 years. People would call and I wouldn't get the call and multiple calls dropped and sometime even no service at all and people would show me on their phone where they called me multiple times but it never ring on my end. Along with text messaging problems and all! AND I was never accommodated for those years but still had to pay full price for service. For them to tell me I have a credit limit now is just ridiculous it shows how much they really care for their customers. Yes I have had some late payments out of all the years I've been with them and especially recently due to everything going on in the world today but now my bill is caught up and I get treated like trash and have to pay $800 for a UPGRADE. You would think due to the fact that one of my lines had terrible service for 3 years that I had to pay for that I would be accommodated or be able to make payments on my upgrade phone but NO. Definitely thinking about looking for another cell phone provider if nothing changes. I will send my complaint also to BBB, GOOGLE AND YELP! read more

You'll find decent prices at this Verizon store. It's a great place to go to service your Verizon phone or buy new Verizon products. The wait time is low because it's off the beaten path. The store is located in the Target plaza across from Lowes. Parking is aplenty at this location. The store is exceptionally clean and comfortable with lots of gadgets and great music. We went to the Verizon store on East Broad by Target. Our daughter and son-in-law use this location for their accounts. We live in southern Ohio on the Ohio river; we were in Columbus and looking to purchase an iPhone. This store came highly recommended !! A young gentleman by the name of Scott assisted us. He was so thorough and patient with our questions. He took time to explain every detail to us. We are not tech savy and had never had a smartphone. We are in our late 70's. We told him the iPhone we were interested in purchasing, even tho we knew nothing about it. His knowledge was exceptional as he explained all the basics with ease. As there were no other customers in the store, Scott downloaded several Apps we needed. He then set up our email for us. Most Verizon locations I had been to had honesty, loyalty, and great customer service written all over them. This one was no different. I had received immediate attention from a gentlemen of the same age, that greeted me as I walked through the door. He was happy to help me with the lot of my problems, most of which were handled on the spot. We conversed for a short while and built enough rapport to exchange numbers! I wanted to share what I learned today regarding Verizon Wireless. My husband and I were in the market to upgrade to iPhone 6S Plus. We went to both the Pickerington and Canal Winchester Verizon Wireless stores. Both locations were out of stock. Also the Pickerington location stated they could only give me $165 for my iPhone 6 16gbs turn-in. The Verizon Website had a promotion where they would give me $300 for my iPhone turn-in but the Pickerington location could not honor that. We now know why.... We ended up at the Reynoldsburg Verizon Wireless store (which we were warned against by the sales person at the Pickerington location). We called ahead and talked to Brian who confirmed they had two of the phones we wanted. We were promptly greeted at the door and Brian walked us through everything and told us our options. They honored the $300 promotion that was mirrored on the website. We did not realize that even if the store is called a Premier Verizon Wireless Store, it is likely a franchise and they do not offer and do not honor the website deals. The Reynoldsburg location is a corporate store so they can offer the same deals as on the website and they also have more inventory. Brian was fantastic and I highly recommend the Reynoldsburg location based on their inventory, professionalism, and giving us an even better deal with free cases and free car chargers.
