We were given the wrong communication about what models we're going to be acceptable so what we initially thought we were returning and we couldn't turn in so then became the scavenger hunt for the proper phones. Which we couldn't remember the old Apple ID for so they wouldn't transfer. Currently, it seems like we're stuck purchasing one or two phones because we can't find the Apple ID information which is completely frustrating and disheartening and it makes me lose faith in both Apple and Verizon However, the people at this location seem a little more knowledgeable than the people over at Best Buy, which is why we are now focusing on coming to this brick and mortar Verizon store versus a kiosk across the street that has a sales associate that's supposed to be managing multiple carriers. I strongly advise anyone reading this who wants to deal with Verizon to come to this or this type of brick and mortar store versus an agent at a different big box type of situation such as target Walmart, Best Buy that deals with multiple carriers and multiple carrier products. . You will get better service here and have far less frustration.

In their defense (at least partially), they did try calling an hour before my appointment but their call was blocked by my call-blocking software. Warning - don't rely on their email confirmations. TUESDAY - I made an appointment and returned the next day. The technician (assistant manager) was prepared and had the replacement battery at the counter - ready to install. He said the installation would take 30-45 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and the installation was complete. Very satisfied with their service Friendly staff, good service, fair price.

When it was time for the appointment they said this location didn't make appointments, but the person in charge honored it anyway and helped us out. We were getting 4 phones replaced because TMobile wasn't going to support our Sprint phones anymore (I still like my LG V40 it is a solid phone). It was difficult finding a reasonably priced phone that matched the durability, reliability, and specs of the V40. Jeff helped us get new phones and got us on a TMobile plan with the same features as the Sprint plan and still lowered the monthly cost. It was excellent, we are paying a little bit less each month and have 4 new phones!
