I'm confused what star rating to give Verizon? The store at this address is fine. It's clean competent. The location is convenient and it has private parking lot with ample parking. However, our experience from switching over from AT&T to Verizon has been awful We had two phones that Verizon delayed activation because despite us having our proof of identity via our drivers license and lots of others, their system wouldn't let us initially get a phone and that was after waiting a few hours. With lots of additional legwork and jumping through unnecessary hoops of fire to complete this task, we finally did it all newly purchased Apple iPhones for users. That should be easy, right nope,no it was not We also were supposed to get free phones switching over Our phones. We were given the wrong communication about what models we're going to be acceptable so what we initially thought we were returning and we couldn't turn in so then became the scavenger hunt for the proper phones. Which we couldn't remember the old Apple ID for so they wouldn't transfer. Currently, it seems like we're stuck purchasing one or two phones because we can't find the Apple ID information which is completely frustrating and disheartening and it makes me lose faith in both Apple and Verizon However, the people at this location seem a little more knowledgeable than the people over at Best Buy, which is why we are now focusing on coming to this brick and mortar Verizon store versus a kiosk across the street that has a sales associate that's supposed to be managing multiple carriers. I strongly advise anyone reading this who wants to deal with Verizon to come to this or this type of brick and mortar store versus an agent at a different big box type of situation such as target Walmart, Best Buy that deals with multiple carriers and multiple carrier products. . You will get better service here and have far less frustration. read more

People, when purchasing a new iPhone PLEASE go directly to the Apple Store. This is the worst service ever. I purchased my new iPhone and got it via mail. Unfortunately I was NOT able to get it activated so I took it to the store where the item was purchased. When I told the representative what my situation was, she immediately advised that they could not help me and sent me to the Apple Store. When I went to the Apple store, I was advised that it's an issue with the SIM card and had to return to the Verizon Store. Had the representative at Verizon first try to resolve my situation, I would have NOT wasted over 1.5 hours going back and force. Moral of this, if you're buying an Apple , go directly to the source as they are able to provide you with all carrier plans and provide you with their best service. Let me start off by saying I've been a customer of. Verizon for over 10 years and part of that reason is because of the customer service. There may be only 2 stores I've come across where I was t pleased to be a customer and this is one of them. I had an appointment which I was early for and hardly no one was in the store so I was taken early. There was a guy and a girl standing there and the girl greeted me. Didn't get her name but she was a shirt brunette with glasses. Went in to ask about the xr since I am looking to upgrade my phone to either that or the iPhone 11. She showed me the phone and let me play with it for a minute (not really showing me the new features). I knew there was wireless charging so I asked the cost of it. I was surprised it was sold as an accessory but learned from another rep online that it's optional. I wanted to price that and the screen protector and asked a few more questions. Whoever waited on me was knowledgeable didn't seem friendly and if I wanted to make a purchase the. I wouldn't have. I said I'd be back to look at the 11 but instead will go to another location. Had THE strangest experience in here yesterday. My husband and I had to come into this store rather than the Apple Store because we have a Verizon business account. We waited about 10 minutes after checking in and were helped by a friendly guy. It was a super easy transaction because I knew exactly what phone, storage plan, etc I wanted to upgrade to. The strange part was that we were never told the price of the phone, what the monthly cost on our bill would be, or about the trade-in value of my current phone. I did ask about the trade in, but didn't really get a straightforward answer. I figured the employee discussed price with my husband while I was in the restroom, so I didn't even think to ask. My husband and I left the store and realized once we drove off that neither of us (he's the Verizon business account owner) have any clue what the price of the phone is! We still don't know! I walk in at 2:45pm checked in saw 3 people getting help and was looking around. No one came and ask me if i has any questions. Not one person told me it would be over an hour wait time. I called a friend we looked phones on line together and wanted to see if the new phone had better deals online or at the store. After waiting over an hour walk up to a girl said i got a text 45 mins ago said i was next can i talk to a manager. She went in the back 10 mins later said her manager would be out and he would help me. Now 3 other people came up and said thanks for saying something because this is dumb. 15 mins later still no manager and no help so I walked up to the girl again and ask her if her manager is just trying to piss me off? A guy who was standing over a guy for 5 mins walks over to me said he was a manager and he would be right with me after he gets done training the new rep. Couldn't be that new he was on his 2nd customer before manager stood on top of him for the last 5 minutes! I asked for Gm name he wouldn't give it to me. He said i will give you my number. I said no i will call corporate. Then he look at me and said someone told you it would be over an hour wait? No not one person! This child who got promoted to a manager need to learn how to manage and learn customer service. You don't tell people oh no one told you it would be over an hour wait.? No or I would have left. I waited hour and 1/2 and still nothing!!! Call corporate made a complaint about this store and their management. I will never go back to this store ever and i recommend you don't too. We've been here a few times since they opened, and had good service each time. Surprised I hadn't already reviewed them. This time we went because our phones were getting hot (Samsung S6, yay.) We were waited on quickly, on a Friday before Xmas at 5pm. Our problem was resolved (we got new phones under warranty.) No hassles, friendly, quick service. Of course it's not always quick, and things can be more complicated. Still, every experience at this location has been pretty good. The store itself is open and easy to navigate, and conveniently located. Prices, well, they're a little high, but the quality and customer service make that acceptable for me. read more

I was in the market for a new phone and went to the Verizon store at Easton. The store is large and well appointed. The staff is helpful. The parking is nearly non existent. I won't be using this store again. Verizon then replied saying they were sorry and they always strive to improve. The problem is the parking and nothing they can do will improve it!! The store was very busy but I was aimed in and helped within 15 minutes. The sales associate had plenty of suggestions for my ailing iPhone 6 and then suggested a newer phone. Once the decision was made she helped me back up to my iCloud and Explained my bill. She let me know that my case and cords would no longer work on my new iPhone 8 and suggested that I purchase their deal of wireless charger, case, cord and screen protector, I could even be billed the following month. In declined knowing I would get it from Amazon. When I got home I discovered that my case did fit and did not cover the speakers and that my cords worked. Before that realization I was pretty happy with the service. I know that the sales associate makes money on sales of additional products but I don't appreciate being lied too. read more

They got my phone number locked out for over a month then finally got my husband his new phone and gave him the wrong color and lied to him about it. Now he is locked out of his Apple Music and can not even use a service that is part of our plan. No one has any answers and we still have charges on our account from a temporary number that they gave us while they figured out my line. So frustrating! read more

My iPhone needed to be repaired by Apple. Apple quickly fixed the phone but let me know I needed to go to Verizon to update the SIM card. I went to Verizon and Tony installed a new sim instead of the electronic sim. However, once I got home my device will not connect to Verizon. I've had probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever here. We've been a loyal customer since 2004 and seriously considering transferring after this incident. Shortened version of a very long story: An employee at the store issued the wrong return on a phone so we needed to be credited an x amount on our account. I talked to a customer service rep about the credit, and he, in turn, called and talked to a manager at the store, Jeremy Kline. The rep informed me that Kline would issue the credit and it would be reflected on our account the following Wednesday. The credit was not applied when I checked Wednesday, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to check again on Thursday. Still not applied. I called customer service again and they conference called this store. The employee said Kline wasn't in at the time, but I was assured that he would call me on Friday to take care of it. Friday afternoon rolls around and I still hadn't gotten a call. I called customer service AGAIN and we talked to another employee at this store AGAIN. I was told that Jeremy Kline was in and that he would call me back. 4 hours later... no call. Clearly, I like being proactive so I called yet again. The employee said she was contacting him now so she put me on hold... FOR THIRTY MINUTES. I hung up because I honestly think she forgot about me... Well, I called back for the umpteenth time and a gentlemen said the credit would be taken care of by the end of the day. I questioned what time exactly because so far they hadn't gone through with any promises. Then he said a manager was right next to him and he was crediting the account as we speak. THANK YOU!! If it was that easy, then why couldn't someone (Jeremy Kline) have taken care of the situation days ago? Why did it take several phone calls? It really didn't have to get to this point. She acted as if she did not want to be there and walked away while we asked a question mid-sentence stating, "I'll be right back." We ended up just walking out at that point. Went in to get a new iPhone X's max. The guy there said I could buy a bundle of a charger and a case and whatever for my phone and save money. I was so tired and just wanted to get out of there that I just said yes to whatever and I feel like he knew that. I get home and I realize he sold me the bundle of things for exactly the same price that they were separately and the charger he sold me which I didn't need because a charger comes in the box was actually a Samsung charger that doesn't work with iPhone. Anyway now I'm annoyed and I don't have time to go back there and deal with it. He was a tall thin African American man with a very long thick beard. Nice new location. Store is comfortable and modern. Parking is awful. There was not much thought put into where the customers would be able to park. With all the restaurants parking at Easton is always a challenge. There are definitely not enough spaces at this location. I bought a phone at Verizon's online store. It came straight out of the box and did not work. I took it to the store to exchange and the store was unable to do the exchange and honor the online pricing I got. They want to give me a certified like new phone to replace a brand new never used phone. The store computer would not let them make the exchange. I consider that poor customer service on the part of Verizon. Not the store employees, they were professional. It makes. O sense that you can not return a phone to the store that you bought online for a straight across the board replacement. read more

Horrendous experience. 9 days after getting the iPhone 7+ I took it in with functionality issues. There was a small scratch that they insisted was a crack (sighting that as the cause of the phones issues)& wanted me to turn it in on insurance and pay $100 deductible. The staff was literally sitting on their personal phones or in the back room the whole time. When I asked how much longer they told me "we're really backed up right now" yet no one was helping the customers in the store. The store is nice and the people are helpful and know what they are doing. I haven't had a problem with "upselling" there and they take care of my problems OK. The wait can be long sometimes depending on the day of the week and time of day but it's much better than the Apple Store by a lot. Once you have gotten service they stick with you and answer your questions. Sometimes nearby parking is a problem because of the restaurant on the corner but, if you can avoid lunchtime that isn't too bad. read more

HELLO GUYS!!!!! This place is a lier and very awful place because of this people who work there got me in trouble, about 5 or 6 months a go me and my girlfriend went there to get the services for two phones, they told us that there was a promotions of $300 dollars rebate card, if we were to port our phone number and used our own phones. than we would get the promotions, and they told us to stay with verizon for 45 day. The guy who help me get the services give us advice saying " If you guys want to change the services then do it after you get $300 Dollars, Then he said sing the paper it not the contract it just saying that we will send the cards in the address so i sing it without looking cuz (we were kind of in hurry to get to jobs and i didn't read the paper fully but there was just a line and it to sing. At that time i was kind of scared to sing but then the person who was helping me said that it not a contract and things so i sing and went to the jobs. i used to pay $179 dollars a months just to used the phone services. i used it for three months and it wasn't working well then i decided to move in with cricket now i only pay $80 dollars a month works better. After 4 month they send me bills of $577.06 and when i call ask they told me to pay like what the fuck. First it them who told me wrong informations and now making me pay that like my fucking house rent for a fuckin months. when i had the bills i contact the customer service try to get more information ask them nicely they hang up on me and today i call speak with the customer service manager. He said "I have to pay and that how the business worked for them and if i did not pay they will have to send it to collection and send it to credit. THE WORST SERVICE MY FAMILY AND I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. My sister made an appointment for 11am today. She was ready for a upgrade. She was given the her new phone in the box and said "You're all set". We felt as though we were shooed away. We had never left a phone store with out the new phone working. We looked at each other a bit confused, but proceeded to leave because i too had a phone that i set up, so we thought we could figure it out. After leaving the store and having the new phone on for over an hour the phone STILL was not working/actively receiving texts and calls. We went back to the store where we were told that handing the boxed new phone is the "new policy" AND "some customers require more attention than my sister and i did". THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The rep that helped us in store should have asked if we needed any help setting up the phone or if we wanted to do it at home. Come to find out there was a sim card error. HOW ON EARTH are customers going to know that if customers are shooed away w a boxed phone in hand??!? Reps in store also told us (in the beginning) that it was our fault, that we missed something during the set up phase. it was NEVER their wrong doing. The manager (Drew) is absolutely useless. He did nothing to make us feel as though we were useful customers. We asked for a credit on the account ($162) or a new phone case and screen protector (roughly $100) he said he couldn't and wouldn't do anything for us. We found that to be unacceptable, so called Verizon and talked to the customer service department. They credited the $162 back on our account. Though the credit was placed back onto the account. I have NO intention of staying with Verizon after 3 months. I was told on the phone that "Verizon was is not the cheapest, but it does have the best customer service." We found this to be absolutely laughable. We have NEVER been so dismissed and disappointed with customer service. (Mind you we both work in the customer service realm). I will not and can not recommend Verizon as a service provider or this Easton location to anyone. My mom has t-mobile, just got a new phone and had wonderful service AND it's cheaper (she walked out with a working phone). read more

I arrived around dinner time and was surprised it was not that busy. I was due for an upgrade and my phone was not working right. I also wanted a new iPad. My husband owns the account, and carries over 30 phones and plans. No one greeted me nor was at the front check in, I waited, and finally some guy came up and I asked what to do. He asked for my phone number and someone would be there shortly, then left. I didn't know what to do, so I sat by the front. Eventually a girl came up and was fussing with her tablet. I had to ask for help. She took my number and asked for my name. I started to give my first name, and she said your last. So I gave my last name. She said 3 people ahead of me. Again, I had to ask what to do. She said look around we will find you. So I sAt, over 40. Minutes, and heard them call John. That's my husbands name, I looked over, they called it again and some guy went up so I figured that was him. I waited more, soon people first entering were being helped right away. I wen up and said I've been here almost an hour, what's up. She looked at her tablet and said I was already helped!!? I was in disbelief. She said you'll be next, and I said how long? She just looked at me and said she didn't know. I left, and ordered my own phone on line. That place has no order and is run by kids that have no sense of customer service. I should have been helped right away, and sincerely apologized too! And they should call people by first and last name or give numbers. By the way, not everyone on the plan has the same last name as the owner, and if you are going to call people by first name, then ask for it! read more
