This place was great! They replaced the screen on my iPad quickly (same day) and for a fair price. I called Apple prior to choosing Wireless Rx, and they quoted me $100 more, and 2 week repair time! Forget Apple and go here. There is no benefit to using Apple for repair service if you are out of the warranty period- these guys can do the same thing and they are meticulous. I brought my iPhone here for a screen repair. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told that it would take about 30-45 minutes for them to repair it. It ended up only taking about 30 minutes, which was great! And the cost to repair my phone was very reasonable. Everyone there was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this business. Helpful hint - Lots of people drop off their devices and then eat at a nearby restaurant (Mellow Mushroom or Five Guys). There are also some other businesses in the center, as well as a car wash across the road. I had an issue with the touch screen on my iPhone I went to Verizon and the only thing they wanted to do was sell me a new phone that I didn't want so I went across the street to wireless RX the man at the store suggested I take it to Apple that it may be covered by warranty and it was I really appreciated his honesty even though he lost business that day so when my wife's iPhone wouldn't charge I took it to him and they quickly replaced the battery at a very reasonable cost. I've had to work with this shop twice unfortunately but only because my daughter shattered her iPhone6 screen and I dropped my iPhone6 cracking my tempered glass protection screen. Both times, these guys fixed our phones quickly and at fairly reasonable prices. My daughter's phone within an hour and my phone within 10 minutes. Glad that I had the tempered glass cover put on my phone. Other thing they noted on my daughter's phone - the prior screen replacement done on it back at the Ala Moana Mall in Honolulu was a cheap replacement and was not installed on her phone very well. The bad screen was coming apart at the top and you could look into the phone. So the repair here was excellent and they put on the tempered glass screen cover on my daughter's iPhone. Much better than the plastic film. This shop is on Polaris Parkway in the shops between Five Guys and Mellow Mushroom. Great service. It's my go to place. read more

I cracked my screen a few months ago. As it got worse I eventually couldn't take it anymore. I shopped around and couldn't find anyone that could beat wireless Rx price. They had the replacement screen the next day and the job done in under a hour. The staff in store was friendly, they have a big TV, comfy couch, and free soda for you while you wait. I went in for a cracked cell phone screen, anxious about the replacement cost because the Galaxy S10e digitizer and assembly are much more complicated than my previous phones. Adam took the screen protector off my phone, shined it up and gave it back to me, in perfect shape. He offered to order a new screen protector, but he didn't push, and he didn't charge me a cent. I walked in without any prior notice, told them the problem and the technician disappeared in the back room for about two minutes. He came back with my phone completely fixed and no charge. My phone was ran over multiple times by different cars. I had a broken screen well a shattered screen. I called them and ask could they fix it. They said bring it by. They offered me a discount to come there. When I got there they were very friendly and luckily enough they said they could fix it. We went and got food and I came back it was already finished. Wow that was fast. I went to use it but the camera wasn't working. The guy told me really it was let me see it. 2 months ago, my iWatch series 5 glass cracked. I called around to a few places in the Columbus area to see who would do the repair. There were only a handful that could, and Wireless Rx provided a free estimate and was about $20 cheaper than others. I scheduled my repair with Wireless Rx and about 5 days later, my watch was ready for pick up. I paid $211 for the repair. At first glance, everything appeared to be fine. The glass was not cracked anymore. 2 days later and after exiting the shower, it stopped working entirely. I called the store to complain, and the rep told there was nothing he could do because the repair is under a limited warranty and my issue does not cover it. Excuse me! My watch is supposed to be repaired to its normal state...which is waterproof. After the repair, my watch is no longer waterproof. WTF. I went to the apple store next and the rep there was like, "what happened to your screen?" He ran is fingers through along the edge and said the glass was not flush with the unit and he could see the glue. He asked if some kid glued it and confirmed it was no longer waterproof and not repaired correctly. In summary, I paid $211 for someone to poorly glue a new screen to my watch; making it no longer waterproof. I could have paid $50 and had apple do the repair instead.
