You pay then go on your way. It's efficient. They are like screen protector ninjas! If you drop it and the protector cracks. Save it and bring it back to them and they will replace the protector for a small fee (compared to the large cost of buying another one) I believe you can just peel it off, stick it to a piece of paper and bring it to them like that but don't quote me.
