The man behind the phone counter took my phone back to his secluded area behind a wall, and returned to me saying that the phone couldn't be used because it had a google email attached to it. I was specifically told by my friend that this was not true. I believe the phone salesman programmed a google account into my phone in hopes that I'd either give it to him since it didin't work, or buy new service from him. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS.
