They want to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee for something they DID NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX! Even the receipt says $0 diagnostic fee! He then after hours hands me the iPad and the home button is moving all over and not set. He then retakes it apart where he TAPES the home button. He then tells me the only screen AFTER he put it on was damaged, but still gives me the product (damaged LCD). Lastly, he says to me after I committed that he has to use black on my white iPad. This iPad is trashed. I should have went to Apple. Also, the security guard literally sat there and talked to him for hours. Do not go here.
