After looking at literally everywhere that came up on the search I found this place whose had the cheapest prices out of every other place. It only cost me 75 bucks and every other store wasn't even close. All the others ranged from 90 to 200 dollars. So that was a no brainier. When I was calling around everywhere said it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours of I didn't have to make an appointment. Dave at iFixx had it done in no more that 15 minutes max and he was nice enough to stay and wait for me. On top of the awesome time and price the customer service was outstanding. Dave could not have been nicer or more friendly. I actually had a good time just hanging out there! It didn't hurt that he had video games that I could play while I was waiting and a ton of awesome accessories to check out. If I ever have electronic problems again I will be going here no questions asked! It was an awesome experience when I wasn't expecting one!

This location is the only Batteries Plus location that will still service older iPhones - like my iPhone8. I did find another store that would service iPhone8's but their price was substantially higher than the price at Batteries Plus MONDAY - Scheduled an appointment for replacement of a battery in an iPhone. Got an email confirming my appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that they didn't have a technician on Monday and couldn't do the battery replacement. In their defense (at least partially), they did try calling an hour before my appointment but their call was blocked by my call-blocking software. Warning - don't rely on their email confirmations. TUESDAY - I made an appointment and returned the next day. The technician (assistant manager) was prepared and had the replacement battery at the counter - ready to install. He said the installation would take 30-45 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and the installation was complete. Very satisfied with their service Friendly staff, good service, fair price.

So disappointed in this small business because I really wanted to have a good experience with them…read morebut sadly I didn't. My experience started off promising but went downhill from there. I took in my Apple MacBook Pro with a cracked screen. A blind man could clearly see the screen was cracked so no issue there. Fast forward three days later and they do not have the part, do not have the ability to get the part and can't fix the laptop. Fine, I'll come pick it up. They want to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee for something they DID NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX! Even the receipt says $0 diagnostic fee! I attached my receipt where it clearly says $0 so how they believe that I am going to let them get away with cheating me out of $75 is baffling. They bait you in with a guaranteed repair and when they can't deliver by no fault of yours they try to keep $75. He offered to reduce it to.$50. Um $50 for what sir? You lied and then did nothing. $50 for a lie, is that how much lies cost now? I'm disputing the charge with my bank and don't buy into whatever response this company makes regarding my review. They scammed me so they have to try to save face but believe nothing they say. RUN RUN FAR AWAY from Tech Fix or your hard earned money and your vulnerabilities will be taken advantage of.
