Well, in case you've all been following along at home and wondered how this saga has gone with my…read morephone. I was asked to call Asurion directly after leaving a review. I talked to a woman named Jennifer. I've talked with her no less than five times. She has assured me that she is working on my case she claims she can get no one to respond to her and she's unsure what to do next Jennifer's last statement was today June 19 telling me she would call me back before the end of her workday, which was 6 PM Pacific time. Guess what? I received no call back. My phone is still broken. The screen is not cracked. It's not been resealed correctly. Assure on will not make good on their warranty and Jennifer has not been able to resolve my problem. I was really hoping that I was going to be leaving a review that would tell you they stood behind the work that they did and they were a quality company. Unfortunately two weeks later and there has been no improvement at this point I will be going to Apple getting my phone fixed the right way and I will reach out to others and let them know that this company is not to be trusted. They cannot resolve your problems and by no means, should it take two weeks to resolve my issue when they did not seal the phone correctly for anyone wondering do not use any of these companies and I wish you all the best in repairing your cell phones.
