!!!This review is subject to change depending on how the situation is ultimately resolved!!!…read more On Wednesday the 6th, I went into this repair shop to get an estimate for fixing my phone. I was quoted $270 for the repair, plus $95 for overnight shipping, bringing the total to $323.25 after taxes and fees. Even though the part was not expected to arrive until Friday, I paid the full amount upfront on Wednesday because I personally knew and trusted the employee helping me. On Friday the 8th at around 1:10 PM, I dropped my phone off believing it was in good hands. That turned out to be a huge mistake. I returned around 2:12-2:23 PM to pick up the phone. At first glance, everything seemed fine. The screen had been repaired and the visible damage was gone. Unfortunately, after a few hours of use, I realized my front-facing camera was no longer functioning properly. Instead of displaying an image, it either showed black or a static effect similar to an old TV screen. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the phone back in, which I did. After dropping it back off and doing some shopping nearby as suggested, I returned to hear something completely unacceptable. I was informed that another part needed to be ordered and that I would be expected to pay an additional $110 for a component that was damaged while the phone was in their possession during the repair process. On top of that, I was told I would need to leave my phone with them until Monday. As someone who relies heavily on my phone, this situation has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I have worked in this Walmart and have supported this business since they first opened. I have always treated the staff kindly and recommended people to them in the past, which makes this entire experience even more disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for damage caused during the repair, I feel like I am being pressured into paying even more money to correct an issue that did not exist before I handed over my device. To make matters worse, my mother even came in personally to explain that I am disabled and currently dealing with a broken arm. Having access to a reliable phone is extremely important for me in case I need assistance or have an emergency. While they did provide me with an old loaner iPhone, it is nowhere near comparable to the value or functionality of the phone that was damaged. The reason this review is currently 2 stars instead of 1 is because I have had positive experiences with the owner in the past, and they are at least attempting to address the issue. UPDATE AS OF 5/11/2026: Today at 1:34 PM, I called simply to ask when my phone would be ready. Instead of receiving a professional update, I was yelled at by the employee, who sarcastically asked me if he was "a FedEx driver" and repeatedly acted as though the delays and situation were somehow my fault. At no point did I damage my own device after repair. The additional issues with the phone occurred while it was in their possession. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but taking that frustration out on a paying customer is completely unacceptable. I remained patient throughout this process, even after my phone was returned to me with additional damage, but the way I was spoken to today crossed a line entirely. Because of the way this situation has been handled and because of the unprofessional behavior shown toward me today, I will no longer be changing or removing this review regardless of the final outcome.

The unit was totally fixed. Any issues after that, tweaks-adjustments, etc. were completely taken care of no charge. I highly recommend. Also had my Iphone screen replaced in a snap! I feel I have a place to go that I can rely on for any technical/software issues! Thank you for such excellent service & repair! Di

Asurion sent the parts that they thought would repair to this store. The store called us to tell us part arrived and we made an appointment. We show up for the appointment and had to wait through 2 other walkins (why even make an appointment?) so about 45 minutes of waiting later, we check in. The guy (I think it was Ryan) says "oh I thought that was your television in the back. My husband tells him the parts were sent for the tv, he disappeared to the back to check and then returns to tell us that the parts they sent were used on the other guys television and oops looks like they only sent one set of parts! Oh but don't worry, the parts didn't work on their television so we will try them on yours and get back to you, should take about 4 hours. We called on Sunday (2 days later as they never bothered to call with an update) and they said they had to get other parts to fix - eta Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell us the parts didn't work and the company was sending a new TV. We returned today to pick up the stand for our broken tv and once again, walked in, guy with dark hair blonde bangs didn't even acknowledge we were there - he was helping someone else. 30 minutes later, he overhears me saying to my husband that this is ridiculous and he finally acknowledges us; and oh now he's going to pause helping person one to see what we were there for. Guy in the back, Travis, didn't even come up to help as now there was 2 additional people behind us. This place is a joke.
