No integrity from this owner or due diligence phone had more damage when I picked up than when I dropped it off wasn't sealed over 7 parts missing that were stolen and tar like glue distributed all over the back that caused hundreds of $ in damages horrible service and just unacceptable do not trust your device here this guy absolutely will rip you off. The repair was fine to begin with but developed a small issue a couple weeks later. They refused to warranty the work and wanted to charge me again. After telling them this wasn't going to look good online they got upset and reluctantly offered to repair for free. At this point I didn't trust them with my phone. The conversation had gotten a little salty on their end by this time. So I paid over $200 for a repair that didn't take. I do not recommend this place. UPDATE we agree to disagree. You have a faulty product and I stand behind my original post. Had you not been so rude and condescending we may have worked out a solution. read more

Took my iPhone 11 max pro that had a bad screen there on my lunch break at noon and they had the screen in stock and said come back at 3 and it will be fixed. Absolutely awesome service. My daughters phone stopped charging and we needed to either get it fixed or get a new phone quickly. I was able to bring it in on my break to Ken and he gave me the quick breakdown of what he was going to take a look at, and that he would give me a call if it was going to be a better financial idea to just get a new phone or if he was going to be able to fix it, which I appreciated!! The guy came and fixed my phone, didnt have change so I ended up with accessories I really didnt want. That wasnt the issue tho, its the fact that i bought a case from him, ive had it on my phone since he repaired it, went to take the case off and noticed a gap at the top of my screen as if it wasnt "shut" - almost like if you take a cover off of something and it didnt snap all the way back on. So i tried squeezing it a little to shut it, and now I have a crack on the top of my phone and it still isnt shut. If i wanted, im sure i could pull the whole screen off. I tried to contact them, no answer. The only thing i can do is book ANOTHER appointment, a week out, which im sure my phone wont work by then if liquid or anything gets on it or if the screen doesnt come off. So i paid to get it fixed for no reason. Havent dropped it or anything and im back to square one and cant even talk to someone. **UPDATE** contacted Kenton Hammersley who repaired my phone, provided photos, and was refused a resolution. Said it went against the "warranty" - but considering i contacted him with a CRACKED screen only, and now i have a screen that isnt fully secured to my phone, It was somehow MY fault. So I was WAY overcharged for the "high quality" screen repair. I highly would not recommend this company. Also - Kenton decided to tell me I shouldve went to them for a resolution before making my review, but as I mentioned to him i couldnt contact anyone, and even after doing so, it was useless since they were completely unwilling to help. Great service came right to my house within a hour of calling... fixed my screen in 20 minutes and even had an accessory I needed

My experience started out good but quickly turned horrible. The owner argued with me for over a week, kept contradicing himself, even admitted to me that he was contradicting himself and kept trying to use the fact that he's young to justify the fact that he's a crappy business owner. After he quoted my a reduced price for all of the aggrevation he still charged me full price. He did refund a little back after I said something but after finding out how he does business I'll never go back. read more
