Went to my Verizon store and they were out of glass shields for my phone. They referred me to a place in Gahanna somewhere that would have it. I searched something closer and found this place. Owner says he's been open for several years. It's next door to the Famous Footwear. He installed the glass shield last week and said the bubbles will subside in a few days. I waited a week and came back to show him that two small bubbles were still viewable. He took off the old one and put a brand new on on there. There were bubbles when I left but they are now gone. The shield I got covers more screen than the one from Verizon wireless and the owner is more friendly and personable that a Verizon rep. It looks like he does phone/tablet repairs and has several cases, screens, and accessories for your phone. I will be coming back in the fit for my cellular needs. I went there because my iPhone had froze up. They were closing and I asked the guy who was closing up, what time they opened the next day. He told me and asked what was the problem I was having? I told him and showed him the phone. He fixed it right there standing at my car. i was ecstatic Because I needed my phone. I asked his name and thanked him for fixing my phone. Very shady place have bought 2 phones from them and both times the batteries were in terrible condition and the phone would die in a matter of 2 hours or so. Also not covered under their warranty so couldn't get it fixed. Asked specifically about the battery the second time and was lied to also the speaker when making a call is in such bad condition I have to put it on speaker just to hear when speaking on the phone. Guess it's my fault for not learning my lesson the first time but will never go back again there's better options in the area. read more

Went to get my iPhone 6s screen repaired and not only were they relatively cheaper than a lot of places, they were extremely fast. I am hoping I don't have to replace my screen again, but if I do I will be going here. read more

Just purchased a battery for my iPhone at this store. This was the most disrespectful experience I have ever had as a customer. The young sales man was very aggressive, loud and tried to intimidate me when I asked a question about buying a new charger cord. The older gentleman standing by the cash register asked me to ignore the young man but it was a very frightening experience. I will never go back again and would not recommend anyone to go there because of their attitude and treatment toward customers. read more

The most friendly shop in town hands down. Walked in and dropped my iPhone off for a new battery. They where truthful with me and very very fair. My charging port needed a cleaning, not replaced. They could have and I would have never known. Very happy to see smiles. Recommend this to anyone who loves great customer service. Quoted an hour, went to shop around the stores while they fixed, cane back and they where just finishing up at the 55 min mark. Will definitely come back for any cell phone repair. read more

Do not patronize company. I had my iphone 5c screen fixed with this company two weeks ago, the black guy who fixed my screen too the screen protector off, subsequently i small crack emerged a week later. When I took it back to get it fixed, they would not honor their own warranty ( which is a 90 day repair warranty). They wanted me to pay another $140 to repair it. Went in to get a new battery on my iPhone, after I came back after an hour of waiting, i was greeted to the news that they cracked my screen while doing it and told me I would have to pay $75 for a new one, after talking them down to $50, I went home after 25 minutes of waiting again to realize my screen is bulging out of my phone and is about to pop off. While I was hesitant to drop my phone off in a small storefront, the service was honest and cost effective. They quoted a price that included a replacement part, but turns out I just needed a part cleaned up inside, they could have easily charged twice as much. Either way, it was reasonably priced and better yet was half of what I expected. The service was very fast, less than 30 minutes but I could see where they may be busier at other times. The place was recommended as reliable by the Verizon Wireless Rep across the street. The storefront faces west towards Rt. 256 (Reynoldsburg-New Albany Rd) just around the corner of the Taylor Square shopping center where JoAnn's and Walmart is located. This is my first time writing a review, and possibly my only one unless I feel this satisfied again. I had dropped my and the screen shattered to where I was unable to see anything on it. I work in the area and have driven past Code Red many times, however never needing to have any repairs done as I have always taken well care of my devices. This evening in a rush to get home from work but also needing my phone fixed, I made it to Code Red very shortly before close, under the impression I could just drop my phone off and pick it up tomorrow on my way back to work. I entered the store and despite there being a line of 2 people ahead of me, the one employee at the counter still took the time to greet me and politely inform me he would be with me when he's finished with the other customers. Being a bit nosey I curiously eavesdropped on the ones ahead of me wondering what they had done and how the process works, the employee did a great job informing them of the work he completed and his recommendations on protectors or maintenance to do to avoid future incidents, all me while answering phone calls that were ringing the shop's phone and answering those questions during. Finally getting to me I explained what happened to my phone and verified I'd be able to pick it up tomorrow. To my surprise and gratitude, the employee (Mick I later learn is name) tells me he can get it done for me tonight if I'd rather. Fast Forward 24 minutes I return to after receiving a call from Mick letting me know the repair went well and my phone was ready for me to pick up! Really appreciate the level of care and genuine desire to work hard and get me taken care of instead of just pushing it off until tomorrow, as I had assumed and approved of. I offered to tip him but it was refused with the employee instead proposing if I felt so inclined and satisfied with the work, if I would go online and leave a positive review, as it would really help the shop and also help him impress his boss as he was still fairly new greatly desired to do. I am beyond impressed with the magic that was worked on my phone, and am still somewhat suspicious if this is even the same phone I came in with as it seems impossible the damage it sustained, the time they had my phone, and the like new looking perfectly working phone I have now! I was looking for a cell phone repair shop and found Code Red which was near by. I dropped off my Iphone 4 their to get multiple repairs done, I was told that it could be fixed so I left me phone their. A couple of days passed by and I returned to pick up my Iphone and was told that my phone could not be found! I thought this was a joke, but sadly happened to be true.
