Worst store and service. They will ask you to switch carrier instead of resolving the problem

I'm confused what star rating to give Verizon? The store at this address is fine. It's clean…read morecompetent. The location is convenient and it has private parking lot with ample parking. However, our experience from switching over from AT&T to Verizon has been awful We had two phones that Verizon delayed activation because despite us having our proof of identity via our drivers license and lots of others, their system wouldn't let us initially get a phone and that was after waiting a few hours. With lots of additional legwork and jumping through unnecessary hoops of fire to complete this task, we finally did it all newly purchased Apple iPhones for users. That should be easy, right nope,no it was not We also were supposed to get free phones switching over Our phones. We were given the wrong communication about what models we're going to be acceptable so what we initially thought we were returning and we couldn't turn in so then became the scavenger hunt for the proper phones. Which we couldn't remember the old Apple ID for so they wouldn't transfer. Currently, it seems like we're stuck purchasing one or two phones because we can't find the Apple ID information which is completely frustrating and disheartening and it makes me lose faith in both Apple and Verizon However, the people at this location seem a little more knowledgeable than the people over at Best Buy, which is why we are now focusing on coming to this brick and mortar Verizon store versus a kiosk across the street that has a sales associate that's supposed to be managing multiple carriers. I strongly advise anyone reading this who wants to deal with Verizon to come to this or this type of brick and mortar store versus an agent at a different big box type of situation such as target Walmart, Best Buy that deals with multiple carriers and multiple carrier products. . You will get better service here and have far less frustration.

People, when purchasing a new iPhone PLEASE go directly to the Apple Store. This is the worst…read moreservice ever. I purchased my new iPhone and got it via mail. Unfortunately I was NOT able to get it activated so I took it to the store where the item was purchased. When I told the representative what my situation was, she immediately advised that they could not help me and sent me to the Apple Store. When I went to the Apple store, I was advised that it's an issue with the SIM card and had to return to the Verizon Store. Had the representative at Verizon first try to resolve my situation, I would have NOT wasted over 1.5 hours going back and force. Moral of this, if you're buying an Apple , go directly to the source as they are able to provide you with all carrier plans and provide you with their best service. This location "thumbs down!"

The store manager, Zachary, was outstanding--truly a 5/5 experience…read more Unfortunately, my interaction with the Post Purchase Team was extremely disappointing. I don't write many reviews, and when I do--positive or negative--it's because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment--despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company's expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary's professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy's ability to retain customer loyalty.

I explained what I wanted and needed - a TV wall mount installation with hidden wires. I knew I needed the kit and the mounting which I said and he agreed. Except I didnt double check his work, my fault I shouldve known better, and he didnt include the wire concealment kit. Its now the night before my install and their foreign call center told me to go to the store and get one or reschedule the -install. All because some twenty-something couldnt be bothered to do an accurate job. Awful customer service from store to phone calls.

** WARNING‼ My family was offered a special promotion,…read morewhich was the four line family plan with a free iPhone upon joining. However, it was a bait and switch operation. Upon research, this has been a typical ongoing issue with T-Mobile with deceptive sales tactics just to make the sale. I had to visit multiple locations and spend hours trying to get this issue resolved. Upon being told that I needed to visit a " corporate location instead of a retail " the manager at the Easton location, Ryan Scanlion contacted the original perpetrator, which was the Grove city location, manager Colton was supposed to conduct an investigation with the employee " Colin " to get to the bottom of the lies. Manager, Ryan stated I would be contacted that following Monday and if not get back in touch with him. Of course, every time I have called the store been told that he is not in, so I decided to follow up with an email because I had his personal email address, but however he is still avoiding me after two months. What a shame that they have resulted to unethical practices within their company to make a profit without regards to their customers. As many as you can see, I am Yelp Elite - All Star member and it is my duty to report this matter to the general public as a fair warning. They are NOT recommended, nor trustworthy.
