My initial experience was not optimal. The store was busy (good sign!) but the gal who checked my jewelry in I would quickly not consider an expert. She asked how much I wanted to tag onto my jewelry while it was in their care. When I told her she turned her nose up and said it sounded a "bit high" but ok. Surely, there's 10 different ways to get me to respond to your question without directly insulting me as a potential long term client with your response. She then asked me if I was aware of the heavy duty $50 fee to appraise my ring. I smiled and said of course, as this was already quoted to me prior to my arrival. Again - it comes down to presentation. Little if any people skills. A bit disturbing. Less than a week later I got a call sharing my ring was ready. Shop was not crowded so I got in rather quickly. The young lady who checked me out was amazing. Very professional and prompt and quickly pulled my ring. She shared which documents were for my insurance and which were for my own records. Upon opening the documents I was more than mildly amused when I saw the appraisal came back HIGHER than what was so quickly blown off by the clerk who checked me in up on my initial visit. Wasn't that interesting....and I was right. She was not an expert. The overall service, delivery and operations are worth the good ratings and I will return. I'm chalking up the insults to perhaps one substandard employee or even a good one having an off day.

I had insurance so I filed a claim & they directed me to return to Diamond Cellar to pick out a replacement ring. Immediately it was not a pleasant experience. The receptionist never placed me in que despite being the 3rd person in the door after they opened at 10am. I sat annoyed for over 30 mins before approaching her again and asked if I should just make an appt. She said no there was a mix up. I wish I would've just left then. So much happened in between then and now but on 4/25 I called asked if I could speak to a manager because after placing my replacement order they have continued to try to mark the price up despite everything being written up properly & me having both the receipts for the stone as well as the setting. I originally called 3.5 hrs before closing and the receptionist told me if the female manager felt it was important she would return my call. I called back 25 mins before they closed again asking to speak to the manager. She then informed me the manager would call me back closer to closing time. I said do you not close in 25 mins? She said yes then abruptly ended the phone call that ended with "bye". At this point I'm going to try to reach someone af the corporate office because the way they are behaving like a used car sales lot is appalling. I refuse to pay a penny more than the agreed upon price that is on all my order receipts I was given when I placed the order on 2/21. They have flat out lied twice now about why the cost is changing. Avoid at all cost, even if you've had spectacular experience there in the past. I would much rather have them refund my insurance company the money that was wired to them for the replacement and take my business elsewhere and be treated as a valued customer.

Hopped on Yelp and found this little place. Never heard of it but it had one stellar perfect rating. Hit or total miss but I gave it a whirl. Knew exactly where it was located just had never seen it and hadn't been to that corner of the Stoneridge shopping mall in years. Not only was the establishment highly secure, clean and safe, the staff was AMAZING. I received top notch service, was treated with a high degree of respect and service...I was told they could have my latch fixed in 15 min. I asked for it to be ready in a couple of hours as I would be back. I was quoted a price and when I returned it was fixed up BETTER than what I had anticipated. The pricing was more than fair and my first experience exceeded my expectations. I had the chance to browse around and they have fabulous options from watches to rings, bracelets, necklaces and even a special counter filled with items on sale. Huge fan. I will totally be back. I didn't know this little establishment could be so wonderful. Never say never and be open minded in trying new things. After being professionally sized in-store, I ordered my ring based on their recommendation, but it didn't fit. When I returned to the store, both a manager and an employee confirmed I could exchange it for a larger size rather than resize it, per their policy. They took my ring to process the exchange. Days later, I was told they could only resize it, contradicting what I was promised. They claimed they'd escalate my case for review and follow up, but no one did. I had to call myself to find out my request was denied due to their vague "sustainability pledge." After nearly two weeks of delays, I requested a refund. Again, no one followed up. When I called back, I was told my refund needed further review because it was "past the refund window," even though they've had my ring since January 14th. They also suddenly required the return of promotional items, despite previously assuring me this wouldn't be necessary. Now, I must wait another 24-48 hours for a decision and, if approved, another 5-9 days for processing. Brilliant Earth has failed to honor their policies, misled me, and repeatedly delayed resolution. Their customer service is unreliable, and once they have your money, their policies seem to work in their favor--not yours. Buyer beware.

They mailed not one but two different envelopes!! After that, I knew that he had bought the ring. When I went in the have the ring resized, the woman I asked advice from seemed to be annoyed helping me and told me "whatever I think". It was clear she could care less what size I picked, just wanted to get it done. Shocking, when I got the ring back it was too loose and fell off my finger. When I picked up the ring it was different than how my fiancé bought it. The jeweler had covered up the rose gold. That was one of the main features of the ring. I do not believe anyone looked over the jewelers work before it was given back to me. When I brought it in to be fixed the man at the counter asked me in a snotty tone, "How is it that you would like it to look?" I did not realize I was being so demanding by asking for my ring to be returned in the same condition I had given to them in! He also told me he would call me when the ring was done. He never called. I think there is great potential for a good store. I have talked with the manager and he was kind and helpful. However, the employees act as if the job is below them and I'm not sure how much they have any idea about the jewelry they are selling. You are in the business of selling the most expensive piece of jewelry I will probably ever wear. Please have some pride in your work!

Yes, I continued to wear it on my wrist despite not being able to tell the time on it- that's how attached to it I am. So, I don't just go to anyone to have it looked after. I came in and a man asked what brought me in, as soon as he saw me motion to my 20 year old Tag he became as giddy as can be, as did an older man behind the counter. They fawned over it and were so amazed to see such an old Tag come in. No where else I have ever gone to has even mentioned or flinched when I bring it in. To every other jeweler I have ever been to t's just another watch to them. Jared's told me that to change the battery and have it pressurized would be a few weeks- which sent me into a panic. I told them I don't dive, I don't even shower with it on so I don't need it pressurized, and they agreed to change the battery in store and adjust my band length as the last time my watch was adjusted by someone in the columbus area it became loose, (Different review entirely, re: alexanders jewelers). While the older man changed the battery, the band, and apparently steam cleaned it and pampered it (complementary), the younger associate showed me all the new Tag Heuers while I waited, no pressure- just something to pass the time (15-20 minutes?). We got talking about a family heirloom I have and how I should bring it in when their appraiser comes once a month. He also educated me on how to get the sapphire face replaced as mine is pretty scratched up over the years. I took their business card. I usually don't like these franchise jewelry stores but this one really stood apart. No pressure to buy anything while i waited, very informative, kind, and took a real genuine interest in what comes in. These guys are collectors, this is their career- not just a job where they are waiting till the end of their shift. I highly recommend them.

You don't know how much it means to me that you called me, and that my wife will get this gift. *** I am a repeat customer of Worthington Jewelers, so I am shocked that I have to write this review. I went in just before Valentine's Day with a request to have specific stones mounted in a yellow gold cross. Each stone was specific corresponding to a special month between my wife and I. I started working with Stephen on this. It was going to take some time which I understood. Stephen starts the process to see what needed to be done with regards to the setting, how it comes, replacing stones, etc. I was expecting and update within about a week (per Stephen) which did not come. I had to call to follow up. That led to a return call and a trip in to the store to inspect the parts. Several adjustments were needed (that is also expected in custom work for jewelry, so I was good with this). Once the revisions were decided I left the store expecting get an update within the next couple weeks at the very least. No dice. After almost a month of no contact I called and left a voicemail asking for an update. This was about two and a half weeks ago. I received no call. I made a return call and left another voicemail four days ago. I still have heard nothing from the store. I don't understand why none has taken the time to return my call, or why I'm clearly not important enough to them to take seriously. The piece I am having customized may not be a $10,000 piece of completely custom jewelry, but I am a customer. If they are not interested then at least tell me. If they are facing staffing shortages and are running behind and can't get to the work I understand that as well. I'm flexible. There are no words for the level of disappointment I feel over this. It took me a long time to come up with this idea, pick the stones that had the most meaning, and put the entire idea together. This is not easy for me to do for various reasons. This is something my wife will cherish due to the meaning behind it. She has been through several very tough years and I just wanted her to have something that would show how much I truly love her. I will still get this piece made somewhere. I just don't know where yet. Very disappointed.
