This refusal to accept accountability, coupled with the dismissive and accusatory attitude I encountered, was unacceptable and compounded the original error. As a direct consequence of your staff's mistake and the improper handling of my complaint, I have suffered a financial loss of $260. When I asked the guy in the store, he immediately said they didn't do repairs. He took the phone from me, took one brief look, and said I needed a new phone, and they had phones that took much better photos than my Samsung Galaxy S22. I looked at him and told him I wasn't buying a new phone from him, and walked out. The guys I used to speak to about minor problems were always very helpful, but all this guy wanted to do was sell a senior citizen a new phone when I didn't need one. I told my daughter about the problem and she told me to check my brightness level. I did, changed it, and solved my own problem. My phone takes excellent photos.
