We have had their tech, Denver to our location multiple times to fix issues and each time the problem was resolved. Just recently, we have a need to upgrade all our systems since Windows 10 is no longer supported. I reached out and spoke to Ryan who was able to help navigate the confusing world of tech. He quickly understood the needs we would have for our new computers. He was quite informative and helped me understand things when I had questions. The order has been placed and we can't wait to get our new computers up and running. Thank you guys for always going the extra mile to keep us working!

I would recommend G-flo for any tech project. It's a great value and great service…read more I had slow internet despite having what I thought was a good network. I had lots of mesh routers (eeros) but somehow I couldn't get reliable service throughout our house (2 floors + basement). That's where G-flo came in to save the day. Our technician Brian arrived early and investigated the situation. We had coax throughout the house and he was able to get internet flowing from the basement to the 2nd floor. I thought the problem was solved but we had some issues with the first floor so he CAME BACK and solved the issue with the first floor too, no questions asked. This was more than a value. This made the difference between working from home making sense and being unworkable.

He handled the full design and installation of a fairly complex residential network for me, including setting up a wireless bridge to an adjacent building using an antenna system. Everything was thoughtfully planned, professionally installed, and clearly explained along the way. What stood out most was the communication and his absolute commitment to get the work done right -- no surprises or hurdles he couldn't quickly overcome, just straightforward recommendations and honest pricing. The system has been solid since installation, and it's clear he takes pride in doing things the right way. If you're on the fence, I'd strongly recommend giving him a call. He brings a level of professionalism and patience that's hard to find, and deliver results.

On startup (suddenly) I started seeing a Dell Alarm screen reporting bad disk sector(s). I have MS Windows 10 - Office 2016. One very knowledgeable tech came and looked at it and his opinion was it was a "false positive" and to simply continue backing up which I did for a while... backing up around 400,000 data files plus two (current and archive) Ouitlook .pst files. I also purchased a replacement 1 TB hard drive ( Samsung 1 TB 870 "EVO SSD hard drive and SSD/HDD mounting frame at Microcenter.... just in case. Being nervous Nellie myself I finally researched to find another reliable computer expert tech to replace. Luckily I cam across Justin Brown at Fit-It Computer Repair - Columbus OH. Justin came and picked up the computer and returned it the next day. He basically mirrored the entire drive to assure that it would be exactly the same as the old system ... this basic copies .. sector-by-sector and installs on the new disk the great advantage being ... none of the software has to be reinstalled and none of the settings ... a mirror of the original. I could not be happier and to add to it Justin is very competent and a great person to work with. I would give "10 stars" if I could.
