The owner, Dan Hoehnen, answered my call, talked with me about my system, and said he would come out that same afternoon and take care of it. Which he did, for about 1.5 hours he skillfully integrated a Roku stick into my mini-network which consists of an 11 year old plasma TV, a DVR, Spectrum cable box, a 11 year old DVD player all controlled by an 11 year old Bose Life Style sound system. Others had failed at this integration task, but Dan knew exactly what had to be done. He explained every step as he worked so that when he was finished I had full Roku capability on my system. He also explained how I should access and use the new feature, even helping me to document every step in the process. To top it off, he invited me to call him anytime I have a problem or a question. We worked on a plan and it was up to them to execute the plan. At the last minute I decided to use Sonance in-wall speakers instead of what I had bought, so some tweaking was done in the process. No problem. (By the way the Sonance speakers made all the difference in sound and especially look) ResAv did all the custom wiring. In some cases it was difficult. My crawl space is not small, but not large either. They installed the connections to the receiver. No problem. The result is a clean looking and superb sounding A/V system ready to handle anything I throw at it. Over the three years they have always been there for information, consulting, and on-site when I need for that to happen. Pricing is competitive. In an industry where you usually don't get what you pay for, you can count on that with ResAv. They are honest, hard-working, creative, and VERY knowledgeable people.
