The technician did not show up at the initial request, 11 a.m. I had to inquire about the status of the technician and was told that no one had accepted their request for service in my area. I didn't have a problem with this, I just would have liked to have known the status, without my having to initiate the status. I was told that an update would be provide within the hour of the status. HelloTech, came through and provided a Tech and service was rescheduled at 4:30 p.m, the same day.

Which he did, for about 1.5 hours he skillfully integrated a Roku stick into my mini-network which consists of an 11 year old plasma TV, a DVR, Spectrum cable box, a 11 year old DVD player all controlled by an 11 year old Bose Life Style sound system. Others had failed at this integration task, but Dan knew exactly what had to be done. He explained every step as he worked so that when he was finished I had full Roku capability on my system. He also explained how I should access and use the new feature, even helping me to document every step in the process. To top it off, he invited me to call him anytime I have a problem or a question.
