Trying to be fair but I am always getting notice that our area is "being serviced" and the internet…read moreis diwn. Okay then service my bill with adjustments. Still Breezeline is better than most, particularly Spectrum. But we are moving and it is a real headache canceling service. You can't call. You can chat. You wait, and wait and wait and then answer many questions multiple times. Then just when you are almost finished, you get dusconnected. Since you provided your number can they call back? No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so. I bet they cancel today and it is too much hassle to stop them.

Breezeline services are very poor. They keep sending technicians on top of technicians without any…read moreoutcome. If you try to contact them via customer support, they leave the chat in the middle of the conversation without resolving your issues. I have to be on with them literally every week trying to figure out why my internet connection is so poor. Its a different answer every single time - your modem needs to be replaced, your area has a outage, our wires were cut, you need an extender, you DONT need an extender, your plan needs to be changed, etc etc . This clearly shows their inexperience. I am surprised they are still in business and have customers. I would rate -5 stars if I could. Your technician told me on May 26th that she would ship me a new modem because I had internet connectivity issues. On June 6th, I again reached out to the customer support for internet connectivity and they said that no modem was shipped and they dont see any such request on my account. I mean, seriously, are we a joke to you guys ?

I have had nothing but issues with them from the start, misquoting prices, sescheduling appointments, not showing up or showing up outside of the time scheduled. I've had the service 2 months it's not been working for 6 weeks. Getting a technician to visit is a miracle in itself. When you speak with a customer service representative though it's hard to understand them times they promise that the technician will be there within the allotted time. Then you get a last minute call after waiting for hours they can't make it and can you wait a few more hours. I even called every hour until my appoint time and they still did not show. This has happened to me time and time again. When. I get customer service though they try... All they say is "unfortunately" and "in your particular situation" would not refer anyone to use this service it they actually want service that works. Not to mention they used, used equipment when setting up my cable and internet, used boxes and remotes. THUMBS DOWN .

I've sent two emails, left a voicemail, and attempted to initiate contact via their "web form" - with no response whatsoever over the past two days. Both have been business days(Initial contact was sent Tuesday. It is now Thursday) during which the company should be open. I've never had to try so hard to become a customer of any business! If you're looking to replace your current ISP, you might want to ring one that will actually answer their phones.
