I just needed internet services. I have had the service for over a year now. Started out great and…read morethe monthly charge was good. But the services started going downhill. I could not get online or I could get online but could not get into my apps such as my banking app. Then they started charging me more without notice till I was paying $100 a month for pretty much no service. It is hard to get a hold of them. I cancelled today and for that offense I have an extra $100 in fees tacked onto my final bill. Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Stay away from this company. Thought Spectrum was bad until I had the misfortune to start with this company.

This review is for our technician Nolan, not frontier as a whole. Nolan was the first person to…read morecome out and give us a plan for our fiber WiFi and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After this frontier sent out people to do tunnelling for the fiber to be run through (which we later found out was done incorrectly) and explained that after this was done someone else would come by to actually install the internet. After two weeks we had an appointment that canceled on us and then another one a week later that also cancelled on us so we were willing to give it one last shot before switching to another provider. Nolan ended up being our technician that was assigned to us this time and he went above and beyond to make sure everything would be installed correctly! During this process the frontier customer service was a nightmare to deal with, but if you're looking to get WiFi from frontier ask for Nolan because he will make sure the job gets done.

I had a great experience working with Thomas and TMAAC-LLC. My project was extremely uncomfortable…read morefor me to outsource because I am usually 'good enough' to get jobs like running wire and setting up equipment, but I am SO glad that I called to get this done and blown away at how much better the professional did this job compared to what I could have done. He handled the full design and installation of a fairly complex residential network for me, including setting up a wireless bridge to an adjacent building using an antenna system. Everything was thoughtfully planned, professionally installed, and clearly explained along the way. What stood out most was the communication and his absolute commitment to get the work done right -- no surprises or hurdles he couldn't quickly overcome, just straightforward recommendations and honest pricing. The system has been solid since installation, and it's clear he takes pride in doing things the right way. If you're on the fence, I'd strongly recommend giving him a call. He brings a level of professionalism and patience that's hard to find, and deliver results.

I came in for an iphone screen repair and was told the same story as other reviews---a part was defective and some sensor isn't working. Don't waste your time!…read more I was very disappointed as this company had great Google reviews. My son's playstation had suddenly quit working. He dropped it off before they closed and they told him it would be ready within 24-48 hours. They called the next morning and said it's ready to go. My son being super excited drove up there, brought it home and.....it didn't work. He went straight back up there and they said to leave it and they would take another look. Again, they call him, he goes up there, brings it home: this time it works for an hour....then quits working. Sorry, but their quality of work is trash. I paid $65 and the problem was never fixed. He bought another playstation from one of his friends. If you can't get it right after 2 tries, I don't believe you deserve a 3rd.
