I only used it one time for my 360 booth, and when I went to use it again, it would not charge or turn on at all. I returned to the wholesale location, and they sent me to a repair shop on High Street. That shop kept the iPad for a week, then told me they were unable to fix it and advised me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. When I returned the iPad, I was told they needed to order a part and would contact me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. I never received a call or update. The only way I found out anything was by calling them myself. I spent a lot of money on this iPad and was only able to use it once. I will never purchase another item from them. Do not patronize this store it is a scam.

We were greeted the moment we came to the door, escorted to a table and asked how they could help us. It was the acting manager who started our new plan and how much it would cost us. We are do sorry to say we don't remember his name. However, once he had started the process he handed us off to Kristina who was a lovely women from Brazil. She only hade a slight accent and we were able to under stand everything she said. She explained new plan to us. She did not try to push us into some thing we did not want. She was efficient and explained everything. I would recommend Kristina to anyone going to AT&T. Also the entire store was welcoming and inviting asking us how they could help.. I see a few very negative comments from others and I'm amazed they had so many bad comments. It could be the time they were at the store. We are retired and were there at 1:45 On Friday. We appreciated the fact that Kristina did not try act like she knew everything, but called on help when she needed it. I have 40 years of experience working in customer service positions so I have high expectations when I comes to service. We were every pleased with our experience at this store!!
