I only used it one time for my 360 booth, and when I went to use it again, it would not charge or turn on at all. I returned to the wholesale location, and they sent me to a repair shop on High Street. That shop kept the iPad for a week, then told me they were unable to fix it and advised me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. When I returned the iPad, I was told they needed to order a part and would contact me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. I never received a call or update. The only way I found out anything was by calling them myself. I spent a lot of money on this iPad and was only able to use it once. I will never purchase another item from them. Hello, I had a broken phone front screen and only 50 buck to fix it. It was 11 pro max and my mic did not work as well. They told me the regular price to fix it is 120 plus tax which I dont have. If I could give this place no stars I would. This is my experience with this Wholesale PCS location in Hilliard. I drove 40 minutes from my house to get there and 40 minutes to get home twice( Dec 30th and 31st). Right The first time I went to get a phone that I was under the impression would be in great condition for a fair price (from the Facebook Marketplace add I seen of theirs). When I got there the first time I was greeted by a young guy. I told him that I was looking for a galaxy s8. That I'd seen it on Facebook that they were selling them for $149 that's unlocked and has a warranty too. He then told me that the phones were being sold in grades from A to C, A being highest. So he shows me the C grade phone first. The screen was in horrible condition, wide scratches on the front of the phone. B condition a little better but still scratches for $169. Then the A condition is the one I purchased for $189, which was $204.75 after taxes. The phones outer appearance was very good condition and the guy who sold me the phone never turned it on at all. I guess I should have asked because once I got home the phone was dead. So I plugged it in and charged it before I started checking it out. Once I turned it on I was happy the home screen is dark so I hadn't noticed the issue yet. Well once I started going to Chrome or Facebook where the screen is white I seen there was a kinda pink light all over the screen making it look pink (very annoying). As I looked closer I see that it's an image of an Instagram screen burned into the screen of this phone right. Like I was on Google but could see little almost like translucent Instagram letters at the top and the buttons at the bottom of the screen also. Just this pink image burned in the background overlapping everything I would go on. So of course I don't want it and I felt very cheated. Anyway I make up my mind that I just want a refund I did not want anything else from that store. Started looking for my receipt once I got that I finally read their return policy on the bottom. Getting angry at that point because the seller had not informed me of the policy. Which is that the phones may only be returned in 5 days for a refund WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE or a replacement phone. The warranty was a 30 day warranty mind you. Well that's only to get a replacement phone or for repairs to the device. I went back to the store the very next day, less that 24 hours from when I purchased the phone. I explained what was wrong and why I wanted a refund, I even told the new guy I didn't think I should be charged the fee because of having to drive so far to have my time and gas wasted and paying over $200 for a phone you expect it to be in good condition. He played me like I was dumb telling me other stores wouldn't tell me about the restocking fee and that they'd have to send it back to the factory now. I told him well it isn't my fault that the phone is needing sent back.. He told me no it's not my fault but that he has to charge the fee or his boss would be mad. Then kept going to talk to someone about it in the back in another language that I don't know. Then says he will do just 10% but his system wouldn't let him so he called someone in front of me who was like I will only pay the 5% they can pay the other 15% or get another phone. So I still got a refund for $174.25 out of the $204.75 that I spent there A DAY before. I paid them $30 to waste about $40 of my gas and my time. It is literally the holidays and these guys are just scamming folks into buying these used junky phones. I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF I WANTED QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS. read more
