I bought a perfectly sized cheese tray for one that included three of their own cheeses (and it was phenomenal) and the monger offered great advice as I struggled to choose cheeses that could go without refrigeration for the plane trip. (I have done this many times before as I travel, so I know to go for more aged, dry cheeses, but man is it hard to choose among such a great selection.)
