As soon as I pulled up to cart these boxes, a young lady staff member, Emily, helped me to load them in. They were not that heavy but being I have a bad knee, I appreciated her help. They say they will get back to me, or the warranty will call. This never happened until two years into the warranty, and then they were unwilling to help. The white cabinets I purchased are excellent. A baked-on finish. The gray cabinets are another story entirely. I moved into my brand-new home a little more than two years ago. I called into the store soon after moving in because a trash cabinet/drawer had the stain rubbing off after first selling me the spray can, which reflected the finish, which was not a match. They replaced the door and sent me a new one; I said I still had small chips in the stain. Then, they sold me a putty to fix a cabinet stain, but there was no better. One of the installers came and tried. Again, no help. I have had it for two years, and I have called, emailed, and complained. What a joke! The warranty department called for the first time today after years of calling the store and saying the finish is not warranted and they can not provide a stain to match. These are just some of the pictures of the poor finish.

Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. (Most of) the breakdown: - restock laminate countertop: $30.00 - 36" base cabinet: $62 - 24" base cabinet $50 - 12" base cabinet $25 - 13" X 13" (approx) ceramic tile: $14 and change X 5 - random necessities made up the rest It should be noted that the base cabinets are unfinished birch, so I'll have to stain them at some point. Got pretty much everything but the kitchen sink, which I'm going to reuse from my old setup. I'll be back here when I have to do the kitchen on the other side. When I can afford it, rather. At these prices, that shouldn't be too too long.
