One of the managers selected a tool and spent about 20 minutes trying to remove the screws, even attempting to modify the tool on a grinder. Eventually he asked another employee to help. The second guy went to his car to get some specialized tool, spent another 10 minutes working on my problem, and finally removed the screws. I was pleasantly AMAZED that they would go to all that trouble for me. It was my first time in the store and I was going to buy a $5.00 screwdriver. These guys were incredibly helpful and generous with their time. They have earned a customer for life!

They explained that they were short on staff but the manager was doing screen work. No problem that it might take a couple weeks. After 2 weeks they called "it's ready." The "brush edge" that keeps bugs out was on the WRONG SIDE!" Ok, I'm patient... a little over a week later I returned and picked it up. I was having MAJOR issues mounting the door.... I suddenly realized the "brush" was installed facing the WRONG WAY! I took it into the store and explained to the manager that he installed the brush facing the OUTSIDE Instead of facing inside. "Well, I GUESS I can fix it right now." He said, OBVIOUSLY annoyed. 5 minutes later he came out, handed me the door.... NOT A WORD! Turned around and walked away from me! HE screwed up! With tax I paid $23. I'm sorry to say this particular ACE just lost a new customer!

They make sure you will not stay as a customer and even when I called corporate, they said that they were going to call me back with a resolution because the manager was not taken care of me at the store.. Of course they never called back and I will never shop at Lowe's again and I will encourage every single one of my family members and every single person on social media to never work with them again because they do not care about retaining customers at all. This has multiple times at this location and they are attempting to overcharge customers on an ongoing basis. Make sure to check your receipts as they are operating under an illegal bait under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. I have filed a complaint with the state and county.
