He removed my old rollers so that I could sent them in, re-screened the door at a reasonable price, and put the new rollers on when they arrived. He ultimately went to Lowe's, purchased everything needed there, and later returned all items that had previously been bought from Ace. This was a direct outcome of how he was treated in the store. In today's environment, it is disappointing to see a professional customer made to feel unwelcome or under suspicion--especially one there to spend a significant amount of money. The store had two styles on display that were CLEARLY LABELED as being $9.95. When she took the first one to the register, the man (notice I don't refer to him as a gentleman) says "these are $15.99. My wife says they're marked $9.99 and he replies "well, they're $15.99". We went back on got one of the other style, compared the UPC code on the globe with the UPC price tag on the counter and THEY MATCHED. Took it to the counter and the same clerk scanned it and says "this one is $11.99". Again, my wife pointed out that the sign says $9.99. She walked out of the store and we won't be back.
