They explained that they were short on staff but the manager was doing screen work. No problem that it might take a couple weeks. After 2 weeks they called "it's ready." The "brush edge" that keeps bugs out was on the WRONG SIDE!" Ok, I'm patient... a little over a week later I returned and picked it up. I was having MAJOR issues mounting the door.... I suddenly realized the "brush" was installed facing the WRONG WAY! I took it into the store and explained to the manager that he installed the brush facing the OUTSIDE Instead of facing inside. "Well, I GUESS I can fix it right now." He said, OBVIOUSLY annoyed. 5 minutes later he came out, handed me the door.... NOT A WORD! Turned around and walked away from me! HE screwed up! With tax I paid $23. I'm sorry to say this particular ACE just lost a new customer!

When we walked into Discount Granite, Mark sat down and talked us though our cabinet options, and we walked around their warehouse and looked at a bunch of beautiful slabs of granite and marble they have there for you to see and touch. It was a completely different experience than going to Lowes or fooling around online, and Mark's expertise and suggestions were invaluable along the way. Now we have a beautiful, modern, custom designed vanity cabinet with a perfectly cut black granite custom countertop, and it actually cost less than some of the pre-made stuff my wife was looking at online. If I'm paying for something I want to install what I want, not what another company says they use. I say give the customer what they want. Easy bath did just that.
